Drove over an hour and 20 minutes to appointment. Was 6 minutes late. Then no one was at front desk to sign me in for another five minutes. Finally got checked in and sat down. Waited some more just for them to tell me this doctor could not see me today. Not wasting another trip for this doctor. Also had a video appointment where it felt doctor was reading from a script and was not productive. Not empathetic, seems like a doctor in it for the money not for helping people. She told me to "back off" the entire appt, anytime I talked basically. She did not listen to me at all during the appt, or discuss things that needed to be discussed. I have many major neurological issues that needed to be addressed immediately, and instead she wanted to focus on things that happened many many years ago. When I checked the notes on the portal after they posted, she was 100% incorrect in her notes, didn't put ANY of the reasons I attended the appt in her notes (I had/have zero feelings in my legs, that was a major reason, this wasnt in the notes!), lied in the notes and put that I had no pain, no swelling/joint pain etc. She is horrible and if you talk to other chronically ill patients who have seen her youll get the same answer! She spends a lot of tome and listens carefully to her patients, and cares about me as a person. Follows up and responds quickly and makes very good medical decisions based on all of the information she gathers. A very skilled and compassionate doctor. I highly recommend her.
