Dr. Jennifer S. Owens

New patient appt today. Dr was 25 mins late. I was first appt after lunch. She did not apologize or address her extreme lateness at all. A friend of hers stopped by during my appt, while she was testing me (muscle testing), she carried on a conversation with her and then told me we were done. Maybe she was done but I felt like she finished up because her friend was there. She spoke to me briefly and told me she would give me my results on Monday. I checked out with the front desk person and when I asked her if this was a habit of the doctor being late, she offered an excuse that I was early and that my time with her prior to the doctor seeing me takes up 10 or 15 minutes.It didn't matter that I was early, the doctor was still 25 minutes after my appointment time and taking my weight and a couple other little things with the front desk person only took less than 5 minutes. I have been doing muscle testing for 30 years and I've never had to come back for a second visit that's going to cost more money for the results. 150.00 waisted today. Called to cancel my appt Monday and they didn't seem to care they were loosing a new customer. It could have been 3 more new patients with my family. New patient appt today. Dr was 25 mins late. Dr. Owens is a great Chiropractor, and an even better Person. I feel like I am with a friend when I am around her. I can trust her experience and knowledge. She has a caring heart. Not many people are like her these days.
