Can't get an appointment without going through a rude, work from home bully that works for the billing office. That's how they treat the disabled and elderly? Bad mannered with zero clsss.

Excellent in pretty much every way anyone could ask a physician to be. Articulate, kind, concerned, whip smart, sympathetic to your concerns, and highly skilled in addressing them in practical, helpful ways. Answers questions in sufficient detail so you can be confident in both the treatment, and in knowing how to intelligently structure your own optimism in a good outcome going forward. Exceptionally good with casts. On top of all that, a pleasantly down to earth, genuinely nice person.

I find Dr. Green delightful. She listens well, conducts a thorough exam, explains options, and provides information on what to expect pot-procedure. She is personable, intelligent, and caring. And, she runs on time. Staff are also pleasant and efficient.

Dr. Green is one of the finest physicians I have ever had treat me. She is thorough in her physical exam, explains the diagnosis well, but most of all, she provides and explains several treatment options for my care. She then allows me to choose ( with her guidance) the modality I would like , be it injections, medications, etc. I have never had a doctor offer such collaboration in my care. It is truly unusual and amazing. In addition, I respect her knowledge implicitly and am happy to take her opinion. I am so grateful to have found such a compassionate, intelligent and personable caregiver.

Dr. Green performed surgery on my fracture wrist in February 2022. Can’t say how smoothly the surgery went (plate and pins). Great communication from doctor and staff. PT for close to 3 months. Pretty close to normal considering how bad a fracture.

Saw Dr Green about a hand issue.... Appointment was quick and I got all the information I needed, highly recommend.

Dr Green was great in the midst of a rash of black ice falls, like mine. Efficient, organized office. Able to fit me in during a high peak, busy time. She explained what the various options were, was willing to give her learned opinion, but not pushy. She had fabulous casting skills to stabilize my break while waiting for the swelling to go down prior to surgery and for post surgery casting. Her follow-up care and referral to hand therapists was wonderful, leading me to local, experienced certified hand therapists. Though busy, she always seemed availability to listen and to take the time to answer questions. I highly recommend her and her practice. Dr. Green was very thorough in her diagnosis and outlined how carpal tunnel could be treated. I left there with two cortisone injections and 2 braces I could use during the day. Thank you, Dr.Green!

Dr Greene is amazing. I have total faith in her care for me. She explains everything she's about to do and is upfront about pain level and recovery time. I trust her 100% and have recommended her to family and friends.

I’m impressed with the care rendered by Dr Green so far, After the result of my MRI. She was able to make me understand why my right thumb still hurting me because there’s a tear after I had a fall since February. She still evaluating me and my next appointment with her is in June. She’s the best of the three doctors I’ve seen after my thumb accident. Rossy A - May 11 2022.

I have weakness in my hands she REALLY cares about her patients.

My sixteen year old son was highly impressed with how Dr. Green went into detail about how his finger’s tendon formed the way it has. After his MRI we will know what steps/options are available to him. She made his visit easier for him with her kind demeanor and explained everything to him in ways he understood. Her medical assistant, Ian was professional and offered his help with any questions he may have. We highly recommend Dr. Green and office staff.

Dr. Green is easy to talk to. She gets to the root of the problem quickly. She does a great job of explaining what is happening in the body to cause the symptoms. She reviews the options available for treatment and is attentive to the patient’s circumstances. I felt understood and well cared for by Dr. Green.

Dr. Green is the best hand surgeon!!

Dr Green is amazing! She is kind, easy going, very easy to talk to, and extremely skilled. She was EXTREMELY busy but still managed to take care of me and my broken wrist with patience and her full attention. Also, her medical assistants were fabulous! Dr. Green performed hand surgery to re-attached tendon for finger after accident

Dr. Green knows everything about the hand. She was reassuring, kind, willing to answer all questions, and clearly at the top of her game.

Excellent entire staff fantastic

I had a scaphoid fracture that I wasn't aware of for several months. Found out about it after an x-ray and was referred to Dr. Green by my PCP. She explained me clearly and honestly what can be done and what to expect from the very beginning. Surgery was the only reasonable option. I trusted her words and went for the surgery that was done by Dr. Green. It went well! After the surgery she personally applied 4 casts on my hand! Not her assistants but her! Not a lot of Doctors will do that nowadays! Her team prepared me very well with all the information I needed and helped me before and after the surgery. The communication is very good and quick. All my questions are answered, and all my concerns are heard and understood. It is very important for me to have a Doctor that listens and hears me out. Everything I asked for was done and offered through out the pre-surgery time and after it. I am recovering pretty well and should be back in shape soon.

Warm , understanding and at your service staff. And for Dr Greene, there isn't enough room to express how wonderful she is...Dr Greene LISTENS to you!! Very rare in doctors today.

Waltham office was close to get to, staff were very efficient and Jennifer seems knowledgeable. I feel safe and hopeful with upcoming surgery this month.

She was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. She listened carefully to me and was so down to earth for someone with her experience. Highly recommend her

Dr. Green is amazing. Kind, informative and patient while I ask questions. I would recommend her for anyone as she is very knowledgeable and honest with what is going on with your situation.

Dr. Green performed surgery on my wife's displaced pinky, and there were several problems. First, the surgery took place at the end of the day, and my wife was not out of the surgery until around 8PM. At that point she was in great pain, which continued through the night and for several days, despite the medications that were prescribed. After months of painful and rigorous PT and OT, her finger is now fused in a distorted position that makes it ineffective, and has led to other problems in that hand. Dr. Green has a pleasant demeanor, but we are extremely dissatisfied with her work as a surgeon. We are now exploring ways to fix the results of her surgery.

What can I say...Dr. Green is absolutely amazing. Very sweet bedside manner, my surgery went perfect, my thumb healed beautifully, no long waiting time at her office, etc. I would recommend her highly to anyone!

Had fractured wrist repaired with plate and carpal tunnel work at same time. Excellent surgeon and does beautiful closure, leaving minimal scar. Definitely recommend. Office phone system new and doesn't always connect, but was able to confirm appointments through other office.
