I have been seeing Dr. Dong for about a decade. She is very thorough and caring. It is easy to get refills through the patient portal. If you need someone to see you same day and she is busy, there are NPs on staff. I would highly recommend this practice for anyone who needs a GP.

My first appointment with Dr Dong was for an annual physical. The staff were very pleasant and Dr Dong was very personable and professional. I feel she provided me with a thorough check up. I am very happy with my experience.

For the past couple years or so I've had Dr. Dong as my GP. She has been excellent. My quality of life has improved since switching from my previous doctor, who was good, but didn't really tell me what I needed to hear. He wouldn't really go into detail about how I should be changing my habits (exercise, diet etc.). Dr. Dong actually goes into that sort of thing and seemed concerned with certain habits of mine, but she wasn't condescending about it at all, and didn't make me feel self-conscious. Very, very empathetic and altruistic. My mom switched over to Dr. Dong as well because of my experience, and she's happy with the care too. Would definitely recommend!

I have been here twice for an appointment and both times I have not been seen until at least 25 minutes after my appointment time. The want you to come in 45 minutes early if you are a new patient to fill out paperwork, what’s the point if you have no intention of seeing me at my actually appointment time.

Dr Dong has been my physician for more than five years. I have never had any issues with her or her staff. Dr Dong is "by far" the best Dr I've had in the past twenty plus years.

I love Dr. Dong!!! She's been my physician for a few years now! She actually talks to you and NOT at you. Dr. Dong always greets you with genuine warmth!

I have been going to Dr Dong for 2+ years, and it's always been easy to get an appointment, and she's been great at taking care of any/all issues.

Scheduled quick and on appointments I never wait more than 15 minutes. She asks the right questions about my condition and gets me lined up with great therapy or a great specialist to take care of me all within The Woodlands Community were I reside. Lined me up with a urologist and oncologist who took care of my prostate cancer, hooked me up with a microsurgeon who did a great job with a hernia. No scar!! Checks my lab work regularly to insure no side effects coming up from my medications.??dr.
