VERY Disappointed. Before my appointment, I called the office ask what the cost would be out of pocket after providing insurance over the phone - I was asked to call back after she had made the call. She confirmed there would be NO CHARGE to me based off my insurance (which hasn't changed). Surprise - Got a bill over $185 and the office will not adjust even though they told the incorrect info. They pushed their products claiming they were good since they were gentle when I asked what the difference between them vs. Dr. Dennis Gross's products. Followed the directions the front desk gave - the products are now gathering dust on my counter since they dried out my skin. The office called a few days later to follow up (a pleasant surprise) and i relayed the result, she just apologized and told me to try one product a week until i could figure out what was causing the dryness. You would hope for more after spending $200+ on products. When I called the office to inquire about the bill, they said no one would tell me that and that its not protocol to follow up with patients after their appointments and I should have notified them sooner. Well, I did but surprise - different response when it's too late for their office to do anything. Based off recent reviews it sounds like others are experiencing the same poor experience.

I was a new patient in Dr. Baron's office and from start to finish everything went smoothly. Her staff is very helpful and very pleasant, they have a great bedside mannor just like Dr. Baron. I can't say anything less about them all. This is a great Dermatology office.

Dr. Baron and staff are SUPER. TOLD ME EXACTLY WHAT SHE WAS GOING TO DO AND DID EXACTLY WHAT SHE SAID! SHE IS VERY COMFORTING!, AND REASSURING! 15 out if possible 10!!!!!

Best surgeon ever. And the staff.

She knew the concerns I had and addressed them before I asked.

I feel like every time I see Dr Baron, she takes the time to listen very carefully and asks me a lot of questions to make sure she has a good handle on exactly what I need. I feel there in nobody better when it comes to dermatology than Dr Baron and her terrific staff!

Dr. Baron is very tentative, she's a world of knowledge and help me answering many questions regard my health. I'm very glad that I have my visit!

I’ve been a freckly girl all my life and I’ve always loved the sun! Needless to say, my face/neck and chest now shows the results of excessive sun damage over the years. I started doing broadband laser (BBL) treatments to my face/neck/chest with Dr. Baron when I was in my late 40s. I’ve had 6 treatments done by her over the last 5 years. I get incredible results every time which includes decreased hyperpigmentation, decreased redness and overall better skin texture Dr. Baron is wonderful to work with. She is professional, easy to talk to, and always happy to answer my questions. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Baron to anyone wanting this treatment.

Went into the office not expecting to get a diagnosis. Jennifer spent time to ask me a few questions and knew exactly what my skin needed. I left her office feeling well informed and prepared for what was next. Definitely recommend Jennifer’s office and will continue to see her monthly.

The Staff and Jennifer were friendly and handled all my needs.

Our family have been seeing Dr. Baron for many years. She helped navigate my sons’ teenage years when they broke out regularly. Thankfully, they are older now and they don’t break out any more yet they still see Dr. Baron periodically. I’ve been seeing Dr. Baron for fillers and she does a beautiful job will their placements so that it looks natural. We’ve been super happy with Dr. Baron. Excellent staff. Dr. Baron is pleasant and thorough. She scanned my skin and recognized various skin markings, quickly freezing several. It was very reassuring visiting her. Dr Baron is simply the best dermatologist. Kind compassionate and dialed into details.

Dr. Baron got me in quickly and was able to take care of my issues and questions in a very friendly manner. She is great to work with.

Dr. Baron and her assistant treated me for pigment discoloration (liver spots) for face and neck with both the BBL laser and Liquid Nitrogen. She was very thorough yet gentle. I will be continuing with my treatments indefinitely with Dr. Baron. After pigment issues are resolved I will try their Skintyte laser treatment sessions next. I am also thinking about BBL for arms, hands and legs also. My husband will be getting the BBL treatments from Dr. Baron come Fall. He plants crops in Spring/Summer so we don't think it's a good time for him to begin laser treatments yet. Dr. Baron's front desk staff were equally lovely, and her clinic very clean and beautifully decorated with professional photography. Thank you very much! I came to Dr. Baron in 2017, and then stopped as I ventured into getting regular facials/extractions at estheticians/med spas. Though my skin has greatly improved, I trust in Dr. Barons knowledge, expertise, and product line in my battle to really strike my adult acne dead. Trying a new medication to combat my hormonal acne and will see how it goes from here. She does have a busy practice - there is a patient waiting in multiple rooms as she makes her way to each one. Nonetheless, when she comes to see you, she is thoughtful, empathetic, and listens to your concerns and skin goals. Dr. Baron curates a plan based on her knowledge and expertise to help you achieve what it is you’re looking to improve. Her assistants and front desk staff are also welcoming, professional, and kind. Doctor Baron is great. She is not only professional but also kind and patient. She explains things thoroughly, listens and takes the time that’s necessary rather than making you feel like you are being rushed through. You won’t be disappointed.

I am a big fan of Dr Baron. I first started to see her many years ago when she was part of the practice that my dad had gone to. When she struck out on her own, I followed her because she was smart, good at her work, and compassionate. Over the years, she’s done the standard skin checks on me, frozen off suspicious spots, looked at (and fixed) skin problems, and done some excellent cosmetic work for me. She is also a Mohs surgeon. I’ve sent several of my friends to her, with great results. In one case, she spotted a serious cancer on a friend that had been overlooked for years. That day, she saved a life. If you’re looking for a dermatologist, Dr. Baron is a spectacular choice. I am a big fan of Dr Baron. An appointment was made for a simple skin irritation consultation. The staff called to confirm my appointment two times and a text message was sent with location details the day of. When I arrived, the staff was very nice and pleasant and after filling out simple new patient forms, my total wait was less than five minutes. I was treated by Dr. Baron for an on-going skin issue last year. She gave me a detailed explanation of what was going on with my skin, she did a biopsy to rule out cancer and best of all, she treated my condition. Within a few weeks, it was completely gone. This was AFTER another physician wanted to give me shots every two weeks for the same condition. That was an allergist. I learned that not all skin issues are allergy related and don’t require ongoing treatment. Yesterday, I saw Dr. Baron for another issue and once again she gave me a detailed explanation, gave me her recommendation and as soon as I got in my car I applied the cream (her product line). I have not had any symptoms since. Her recommendations were on point and I’m feeling a million times better. I love the fact that I didn’t have to go the pharmacy, wait in line and all that is involved with those types of situations. I would highly recommend Dr. Baron without a doubt! Dr. Baron is great! She is easy to talk to and does a great job explaining what is going on with my skin. The whole staff in the office is just as nice and even during covid it was a pleasant experience. It’s the only doctors office where I get seen quickly. I recommend Dr. Baron!

Dr Barin is very professional and listens to all my concerns. She is wonderful. Very good at her job. I do highly recommend her to my friends. She knows her stuff and way less expensive than going to my regular Dr and much more enjoyable and to the point.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Baron is very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. I had amazing results after my 1st treatment removing/lightning my port-wine stain birthmark. I can’t wait to see my final results.
