He was very nice and took great care of me. His office was very efficient. Answered all questions and went above and beyond.

I was referred to Dr. Rosen by my PCP. I knew before going in to see him I was possibly going to need thyroid sugery. My first appt with Dr. Rosen was great. He diagnosed and explained the issue I was having thoroughly. He listened to all my questions and answered each one specifically. I have decided to get surgery as I had no other options with my symptoms. Either surgery or suffer through the pain. Dr. Rosen did my surgery and he is an AMAZING doctor. I can tell he takes great pride in his work. The outcome of my surgery was fantastic. I would recommend him to anyone. I read the reviews before going to my initial appointment but I’m not a fan of listening to other people as they tend to sometimes over exaggerate and leave bad reviews when they hear the truth and not what they want to hear and I’d rather make my own first impression about someone and I am glad I didn’t listen to the reviews. Never call back

Excellent first appointment experience. Dr. Rosen was personable, professional and polite. Good, thorough and direct communication in plain language. Asked simple questions, listened to me well and made sure all my questions were answered. Took the right amount of time to diagnose my ear and nose problems, explain the issues and how to fix them. I was apprehensive, but he made sure I was comfortable and at ease while he performed procedures carefully, quickly and painlessly. Left hearing better than I have in years and frequent nose bleeds should be resolved. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Bringing my husband in to him next. Excellent first appointment experience. Dr. Rosen rushed through the visit and didn’t problem solve at all. What a waste of my copay. He should retire.

My visit to this practice today was hands down the worst experience I've ever had at a medical facility. The check-in staff is rude and unorganized. I was referred by my primary, went through 20 min pre-registration by phone yesterday and GBO ENT had my name wrong as well as the referring drs name wrong today. The check-in staff blamed me for their mess and became very loud and rude. The PA (Louise) that I saw looked in my nose and throat and told me to give up caffeine as it is causing acid reflux. When I asked if that was it she said "I can schedule you for a CT scan IF YOU WANT ONE". What kind of medical practice leaves it up to the patient to determine if a CT is needed or not? I'm not a doctor, I don't know what a CT scan is or if I need one or not - this is what I paid them hundreds of dollars for to tell me! Reading these reviews before my appointment made me apprehensive but I have to say that my experience today was terrific! Dr. Rosen was friendly, professional and seemed quite competent. I had a brief but through chat and a hearing test done . The issue was not identified in one visit but more testing was scheduled promptly. My overall impression was very positive. I am seeing Dr. Wolicki and I have had to call this place several times to get my results smh. I makes no sense if there was someone I could talk to about this office that would be great. I shouldn't have to run down someone at a doctor's office to get my results. That's has happened twice in the last month. Ridiculous smh.

I've seen Dr. Rosen a few times now, and each time his bedside manner gets worse. Basically he sits and blankly stares at me while I describe whats been going on since the last visit. Takes ZERO interest in diagnosing an issue or getting to the root cause of the issue. His visits are all of 5 mins, and then he pushes you out the door to see his next patient. If you're looking for someone to actually sit down, and explain things, and at least ACT like they genuinely care about you as a human being and not just some number sitting in a chair, look elsewhere. I was told I needed to see a specialist down at the main campus in Winston because he didn't know what was going on with me. I get a referral to vestibular rehab, which IN NO WAY helps figure out the underlying issue of chronic vertigo. Please, do your research on these DR'S that see 100's of patients.. they'll happily bill your insurance 1000's of dollars and smile at you knowing you'll never be a human being to them.. you think ive recieved a follow up to see how things are going.. not a chance. His assistant is possibly the rudest human being on earth, or maybe its because i actually hold people accountable and she doesn't like being called out on how she treats people. Incorrect diagnosis followed by incorrect treatment path resulted in major long term medical issues. The office "could not find" my files.

I don’t know if this office treat all people like they treated me or they treated me differently because I am different??? I went to this office in a lot of pain the doctor gave me antibiotics and said he will refer me to take X-ray. After couple days the medicine upset my stomach. I called them and his assistant told me that he will send me to do Citi scan because I had a cold like symptoms and pain on my neck. So I waited two weeks after that and went to see him, he told me he forgot to send the referral for X-ray so I said okay he is busy. I went home and waited another two weeks but nothing happened so I called them and remind them to send me to the X-rays. Finally they sent me and called me about the result and now it is two weeks and I am still waiting for their referrals. This is the kind of discrimination that we face even among doctors and nurses. We are human like you guys. God created us like you and we have feelings if you think we don’t. It is very bad experience for me I live in this country for more than twenty years but never experience this kind of treatment. I will never recommend anybody from my community to come to this facility ever. I have been seeing Dr. Rosen for more than 20 years! I have appreciated his competence, and compassionate care! I have referred MANY people to him over the years with 100% satisfaction and gratitude.

Excellent, caring, curious, thoughtful.

Excellent care. Expertise and clear communication. Compassionate with great staff! Dr Rosen gives doctors a good name! Thank you, Dr Rosen!

Compassionate, Expert care! Dr Rosen gave clear explanations and great procedural outcome (silver nitrate cautery of posterior nose bleed initially treated by urgent care md).

When I went into the office the first thing I noticed was a sign, "Please return the pen". When I asked about the sign the receptionist said they were very expensive with real ink!!! Then I read a sign that states "If you do not have payment today please return when you do have the payment." I gave the receptionist my credit card and saw the doctor. He was very professional and thorough. Since then I have been getting bills from Cornerstone. My appointment was Sept. 23. Stop dunning me!

Dr Rosen diagnosed and treated me for a parotid gland tumor . He answered all of my questions, eased my fears and personally called me with the CT scan diagnoses and after surgery with the pathology results. He is a wonderful doctor who truly cares about his patients. His assistant Sharon is also wonderful.
