Dr. Pirofsky is knowledgeable, caring, concerned and approachable. He gave me all the time needed to answer my questions and encourage me. It turned out my problem did not fall within his specialty. But because he thought there was some urgency, he went out of his way to secure an earlier appointment with another specialist. I highly recommend him.

Waiting to see the doctor was 10 minutes. In an out in less than one hour. He is a good doctor.

If all medical encounters were like this one, anxiety over our health would be significantly decreased. Can not say enough how well the visit went.

Dr. Pirofsky saved my life while performing backache examination, found symptom of blood clot and made me go to ER to get examination which later diagnosed chest and right thigh DVT. I wouldn't go by my self since it was just swollen leg and some chest pain I thought I could handle and boy I was wrong. All the doctors I've seen in ER told me I'm lucky to be alive and I am gladly and respectfully give all the credits to Dr. Jeffry Pirofsky. My symptom for back pain also getting better, gradually.

Dr Pirofsky is awesome! He has a great personality that lifts you up just to talk to him. He takes time to explain everything concerning your situation and when appropriate, he includes you in the decisions about treatment. He will do all he can to help you return to your activities. The only negative is the staff that covers the phone calls seems to not exist. You can leave message after message without response. That needs to be addressed as it may involve a lack of scheduling an ordered procedure. It has occurred twice so I feel it is a pattern. Dr Pirofsky is awesome! Dr. Pirofsky is one of the most thorough Physicians I have ever seen. (Mayo. MD Anderson, NYU) Before I saw him, he had my prior records on his computer monitor and he had my history of back problems. He had done his homework and he had new MRI scans to compare problems. I now have a great respect for his skills for treating back pain. I am at ease physically and mentally as I found an explanation for the cause of the pain and the treatment plan to keep my back as healthy as it can be. 05/16/2022 My first time at your Neurological Clinic. I little scared; but staff's attitude and promptness really put me at ease. Then Dr. Pirofsky pops in and WOW; what a surprise he was to these old eyes. Almost 81, I am. I WAS hurting and he put me right at ease again. Had me do a few things; ask a couple of inquiring questions. Didn't take a lot of time. He indicated he wanted more data and that a CT would be my next move. Dr pirofsky offered no advice or information. When questioned he would say we could make an appt. With one of the surgeons. My appt with him was like talking to my next door neighbor. A waste of time and money. I gained nothing from him.

very courteous, taking time to work with my handicapped wife.

So welcoming. Felt safe. Easy parking. Simple check-in. Hardly had to wait to be seen. Not a crowded waiting room either. And updated with nice and modern decor. Dr. Pirofsky listened to me and told me what was happening in a way that made sense. A great doctor and great practice.

I absolutely love this Doctor and his staff. He spent time with me and actually explained exactly what is going on with my neck in a way I understood it. I'm very happy he's my Doctor. Highly recommend.

I like Dr. Pirofksy, he’s kind, nice and very informative. His staff though, not so much. I went in and he wanted to see me again in 2 weeks.. okay cool, come for my appointment that they wrote down on my paper, says I’m not scheduled for today.. that my appointment is next week. I told the lady that had to be wrong because I have the paper that says “February 5th, at 9:00am”.. nope, someone must’ve looked at the calendar wrong and miswrote it.. even though the DR specifically told me Friday February 5th... so I took time off work and half of my day gone to waste because someone didn’t do their job to call me to reschedule, or even inform me of the change!!!! Everyone from the front desk to the radiology tech were kind and helpful. Dr. Pirofsky took his time explaining my options, from least invasive to invasive, and asked me if I had any more questions. Dr. Pirofsky might be a good doctor but I got there took days and they showed me what is in my throat and he said he don't nothing need to be done. I'm having trouble swallowing and get strangled and feel like something always in my throat he said the surgeon said it will just grow back in 15 years. I left there with no answer and very disappointed.

Dr. Pirofsky and his team did a thorough exam to evaluate my options for a variety of spinal and joint complaints and was able to put me at ease as to possible resolutions. He confirmed what other specialists had said about individual issues and the overall treatment that had been prescribed. I recommend Dr. Pirofsky to look at the whole person with a view to providing an integrated prognosis for someone with multiple issues.

This was my second experience with Dr. Pirofsky. The first time I had forgotten how to walk after a two year bout of frequent hospitalizations, TIA's, and amnesia. He set me up with rehab, and I was back walking in about three weeks. My second visit was to alleviate excruciating pain in my lower extremities. He did x-rays, and an MRI, and discovered I had cancer pressing on my lumbar spine. Turns out I had prostate cancer that had spread. He had me referred to oncology, and radiology, and I was seen and treatment started in less than two weeks. I fully appreciate his help. Merry Christmas!!

My experience was awful he didn’t care about me being in pain he just walked in and walked back out I have never had a doctor this awful please I said please don’t go to this doctor

Dr. Kendrick has been my doctor now for years. I’ve had 32 successful surgeries and his office has always been wonderful to deal with. I’ve never ask for anything for pain until now and Dr Pirofsky denied the request. I understand the opioid epidemic right now but my past history proves I’m far from being included in any of the statistics and if the doctors are together there then it should have been simple enough to review my charts! Also, I requested, with the MRI of my neck, to also have one done on my legs, because both knees will soon be scheduled for total knee replacements and would have saved me much time and pain to have done it all at once. Again, I was denied!! More pain, more money and more time instead of all issues being taken care of in one single trip! Dr. Kendrick has been my doctor now for years. Helpful advice dealing with back pain. Unfortunately, there are seldom good ways of dealing with this type of pain.

Dr. Pirofsky seemed compassionate about my back issues and, spent time answering all my questions. He was thorough and, I would recommend him.

I have had back and neck problems for over 2 years now and because of Dr. Pirofsky, my condition has steadily improved. He and his staff have been a blessing for me and my problems.

I have seen him and this is what you can expect on visits with him. Xray of back, PT referrals, pain management and then follow up. He did absolutely nothing to help me. Once he realized my insurance isnt that good, all he did is refer me to pain management. He didnt get any of records he was gonna get. He actually had his nurse call and cancel my referral because he said he couldn't help me. He never reviewed my other records. My back was in terrible pain for over 4 months.

Great! He took time to listen to my reasons for seeing him and discussed the plan of treatment to resolve my health issues.

I highly recommend Dr. Pirofsky. After reviewing my medical history and taking new x-rays, he knew he couldn't help me. But, he took the time to explain my x-rays and talk to me about my particular problems. He was very friendly. He also listened to me talk. I appreciated the fact that he took all that time for me and didn't just rush me out even though there was not anything that could be done.

Dr P treated me wonderful. He took time going over my prior MRI vs. new X-ray. He used spine models & explained in detail my conditions from neck to SI joint. He gave me various options for further treatment, made plans for PT, injection, brace, & f-up apts. He listened!! I didn’t feel rushed. He cared why I wasn’t in sooner. Well, It was like Fort Knox to set up first apt. Nurse good. Office staff-One Star. I called 6 times & their promise to call back on 1st apt & for f-up apts Dr wants POOR

Not very friendly and has the personality of a rock. I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone because his bed side manners are very cold and non caring. More concerned about the next patient ahead of you than actually taking care your needs first. I was very generous in giving him a one star. Very dissatisfied patient Paul Stokes.
