Dr. Jeffrey Gardner Neal

I felt as if I wasn't getting the truth about his examination. I bought my own otoscope and saw that he was wrong in his previous exam. Very obviously. I'm urging more physicians to not only rely on previous notes. But do a very through examination. It is a very horrible issue to have, even for a day, much less months extra.
