This was my first appointment. He was very patients. He explained my condition and alternatives for treatment.

Dr. MeKenna and the entire staff at his Chandler office have always treated me with true dedication to their respective professions and with friendly, kindly care! I wish I didn't have the issue that means that I see him regularly, but since I do, I couldn't be happier about seeing this group!

Dr McKenna was knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. Explained thoroughly what was going on with my hearing. Plan of care was spot-on providing immediate relief. Highly recommend Dr McKenna

McKenna is experienced and professional. I have never felt rushed during an appointment and he always takes the time to make sure my questions and concerns are addressed. His bedside manner is warm and caring. He was also my surgeon for Turbinate reduction and Eustachian tube expansion. Surgery went great and I am no longer a mouth breather at night!!! My wife doesn't even know him and loves him. :)

I have been seeing Dr McKenna for approximately a year now. I have Sinus problems and have been to several ENT’s throughout Phoenix in the past 20 years - all being huge disappointments! I was referred to Dr McKenna and decided to give it one more try. Boy am I glad I did! Not only is he personable and concise, he actually listens to what you’re saying, asks questions and reads your History! In my opinion (as well as many others) Dr McKenna is “THE BEST” in his field. I will never go to anyone else ! I had to share how Wonderful Dr Jeffrey McKenna truly is …. even if I have to wait longer to schedule an appointment with him.

Dr McKenna is a very knowledgeable physician. He listens and explains conditions very well. Highly recommend.

Dr. Jeffrey McKenna is the best. He's friendly, communicative, professional, empathetic & thorough. Explains procedures in detail so you are prepared for what you are about to experience. Then he reviews the procedure & findings with you. Wish all Drs were like him!

Dr. McKenna doesn't any respect for your time. Expect a long waiting although you have an appointment.

Rude staff who qualifies you by your Insurance before they even ask you your name.

Dr. McKenna is very much in demand, so the wait for an appt can take awhile, but it's worth it. He is thorough and kind. I would definitely recommend him.

Dr. McKenna is very thorough, very friendly, and very easy to talk with. He listens REALLY well and genuinely cares about his patients. My husband was also a patient of Dr. McKenna's and underwent turbinate reduction surgery under his care. It changed our lives! I highly recommend Dr. McKenna and his colleagues, as well. It's a well-run, top-notch practice.

Friendly, kind, honest, puts you and your kids at ease. Gives details and makes treatment plan clear and understandable. Mckenna is well sought out and can have longer waits but worth it to be with a doctor you can trust.

Straight to the point addressing issues. Fun demeanor making kids (and parents!) feel very comfortable. Thoroughly communicates process, procedures, outcomes, etc. Allows parents to be a part of the assessment by visually showing what he's looking at and what the issues are. All around great doctor!
