Absolutely horrible!!! Hands down the worst customer service in Healthcare.

Dr. McDaniel is a great doctor. He is the reason that I chose my current insurance this year. Received a call today, in January, that I have to pay the full visit out of pocket because he is working on removing the insurance plan. Now I have to find a new primary care physician for the next year until I can select a different plan during next year's enrollment. If you are thinking of using him as your doctor please verify the insurance with his office. It doesn't matter what the insurance has on file. Filed formal complaint on this issue.

The doctor was very good at the old clinic but now at the new clinic it’s a bad nightmare to get help when I’m a long time patient. They won’t help to squeeze you in for a bad pain they just keep saying I’m all booked up. And everything is a referral. What happened to the doctors and took care of every medical problem???? This doctor has way to many patients to take proper care he did in the past or at the old clinic. I love Dr. McDaniel. He is thorough and caring. However, I was sick when he was on vacation. I heard the staff member say my appointment was 8:45, I arrived at 8:20 thinking I would have time to fill out my paperwork. Turns out my appointment was at 8:15. The receptionist still worked me in. Great folks.

We love Dr. McDaniel. My mother goes to him and I attend every appointment with her. He and his staff are always very friendly and we haven't had to wait longer than about 5 minutes after we arrive. Dr. McDaniel is all about quality of life. He doesn't rush you in and out and always asks us BOTH if we have any questions or concerns before we leave. We love Dr. McDaniel. Great doctor. Always friendly and takes time to talk to you about your situation. Explains things to you ,so you can understand. Great respect for him. He cares for his patients.

He is the absolute best ever! I went in with our son feeling a little out of my league, I know how and when to get on the field to scream for my son but that's about it when it comes to his sports well Dr Jeffrey & his staff have been amazing to work with, he took more time with us than any physician I've ever gone too, he explained in HUMAN terms what the problem was and how we would fix it. I highly recommend him. Very friendly and it helps their office is always so decorated as well!
