I went through a varicose veins treatment with Dr. Kronson's team. It was an amazing experience, everybody was super super friendly and professional. everything was well explained to make sure I am comfortable with everything step. Angela especially was amazing, she greeted me warmly every single time and was very accommodating with my appointments. Dr.Kronson and the Ultrasound technician made a spectacular team, one of my vein was on the ankle and extremely difficult to target during injection, they did not abort the procedure and managed to make it work. It's been 2 months now since my last treatment, recovery was smooth. Overall experience is definitely a five start. Hopefully my experience will help you chose the best fit doctor.

Dr Kronson and his staff are amazing to deal with professional, personable, caring and have a sense of humor (which I personally appreciate) Dr Kronson takes his time to listen to your concerns and explains in depth the procedure he will preform to alleviate your concerns. I had several procedures on my veins and they were all successful and handled professionally and in a timely manner. I’m so grateful to have been referred to the Dr and look forward to my follow ups to address the surface issues The best in the business that I have found and I have been to many over the years Thank you Dr Kronson, Angela, Tristan and Clyde for your professionalism you made it so easy, stress free and welcoming .

My brother took my mom to get a consult. Due to a language barrier, he allowed my brother to be with her. He was wonderful and really took his time with us. He was kind enough to put 2 of her other children on speaker phone while doing the exam. This is while the pandemic was happening. We had a chance to ask him questions and never felt rushed.

It is sad to see such poor reviews here. These reviews were, unfortunately, from patients and family members who visited the doctor during a period where his office was going through major staff changes. Long time assistants left their employment with the doctor. Anyone who has a small business would understand the difficulty of finding and keeping high quality employees. During this period, he had to run the business (appointments, billing, scheduling) himself. As a businessman, this is definitely not something that he can do. As a physician, I found that he is the most caring person. He has deep concerns about the well-being of his patients at heart. He explains the issues and recommendations clearly. He recommends the most successful procedures that he sees most beneficial to you. Mostly, he treats you as family members. There are many posts here complaining about wait time. Guess what? When he is examining you, he spent all the time you need to advise and make you feel comfortable before you leave. I rather spend an extra 30-60 minutes waiting than coming home with more questions. With the current staff, Dr. Kronson is back to full operating speed. Ms. Angela is a great person. Again and like the doctor, she treats you as a family member. Always concerned and social (the cool sister or aunt). I hope, after reading this, you won't be distracted and deterred from seeking his services. It is sad to see such poor reviews here. Dr Kronson is the best

Dr Kronson can no longer perform surgeries at Methodist Hospital. He was asked to resign .Dr Kronson does not pay his bills. Lots of patients complaints about always being late. Be cautious. No respect for your time waiting.

UNPROFESSIONAL! Get you're right hand knowing what's the left hand is doing! My dad is supposed to have his "urgent" surgery tomorrow, went to the hospital this afternoon to see the surgery nurse, she called you for a specific question but dididn get any response, we waited the rest of the day for your call, you left a message to cancel the surgery because the people in charge of the stent you are supposed to put in the anévrisme in not in at a congress somewhere . You did no about that till tonight? Get straistr in your choose and get a real staff that knows what it's doing. P. I called 3 time for appointment his secretary hang up the phone on me and she talks crazy I give her all info and she's telling me you need to see an other Docter, I don't know how Docters working with people like her she really need to see a docter and also anger management classes.
