Dr. Jeffrey H Kramer

Dr. Kramer is a blight on medical society. He should not be allowed to work with direct patient care. He has caused more damage than good with trauma patients and patients that are counting on their provider being an advocate for them. He neglects patients care and is a poor listener. He is mentally, emotionally, and physically abusive and consistently condescending. He is bigoted and prejudiced against not only women, but anyone who holds him accountable for his poor beside manner, lack of follow through and inflammatory disregard for those that are not in a place to have their own voice.

Dr. Kramer was thorough, and a good listener. He spent over an hour asking me many questions and preforming an examination to determine why I am struggling with balance. I appreciated his straight-forward manner and expertise in his field.

Dr. Kramer was very unprofessional with me He wasted 4 months with my back pain claiming it was a muscle pull when I ended up having a bulging Disk and an annular tear in my back. He refused to give me meds to help with back pain and refused to do an MRI or any other type of scans. He was very rude and even did an eye roll in front of me while I was still in pain because my back hadn't improved. It was a complete waste of 4 months to see him. I ended up getting a 2nd opinion and got better in a month because I got the proper care after getting zero effort from Dr. Kremer. I am also not the first person at my job to see him and get improper care and get misdiagnosed by him. I would not recommend him to anyone at all. I tell people to try and avoid seeing him as much as possible if they can.

He is a very angry, negative, dismissive physician. I’m very sorry that I wasted time and money to see him once. I will never return to him and recommend that no one else see him either.

Mary Free Bed should get rid of this doctor. He is extremely dismissive and should not work in the health field. ZERO compassion for patients. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. I feel bad for any patient that has had to work with him. He does not advocate for his patients one bit and refuses to work staff members as a team player.

I was not impressed. This doctor was very dismissive and eager to leave my appointment. I went in because of extreme back pain. MRI said gallstones, but it also said that I had a mild malformation at the base of my skull. When I asked about this and the symptoms, I had made sure to already research everything about it, but when I tested him on it he barely mentioned the symptoms at all. When prompted, he wouldn't discuss it more and told me to just live with it unless it gets worse

Wasn't impressed. Got 2nd opinion and found out that my knee replacement has failed.

My wife was seen by Dr. Kramer and was very uncomfortable. She stated that he did not listen to her concerns and was very dismissive. Would not recommend!

I was diagnosed by my Dr with a concussion and a CT scan was performed. I was then refereed to MFB concussion clinic. I sat down with the doctor who did a normal physical exam and i explained that I had constant headaches and neck pain. I was desperate for relief. The doctor offered me no help. He said he wished he had a magic pill and that it would take time to heal. NOTHING was done. Nothing was offered. I left in tears. I'll never go back. This man should not practice medicine. no compassion

Very Poor Listening Skills! He humiliated his staff in front of me, the customer. He offers pills, I didn't ask what kind. He also offers physical therapy at $300 a session. Just to see him is also $300. These are things that your regular Dr. Can do!!!. His ONLY interest that he has is to offer you pills or physical therapy at an astronomical expense. He WON'T request to have an MRI done to investigate your situation. He is money pit. He does not believe in surgery. He puts his Faith in Pills.

Dr. Kramer has been my doctor since I was first injured when I was 17 years old. He has always taken the time to listen and figure out solutions to current problems. 20 years later, I still trust him 100%.

Dr. Kramer does not listen. He likes to blame any problems on the weight a person may or may not have. He does not advocate for his patients. He does not educate himself on current treatments and research; he gets defensive, angry, and will overtalk you if you ask questions or offer ideas about research you or your family has done for you. He documents inaccurately. He rushes the appointment and does not follow up like a PM&R Dr. should He acts disinterested, aloof, and super condescending
