I have never had such a bad experience. I made an appt and was seen on Oct 19th. they fit me and said we will have it ready in three weeks and call you. Four weeks later I call. They have no idea who I am and have to look me up. They had me on hold for at least 10 min and said not in yet but they would call me. I get it covid makes it all slower. I said ok. Called again in a week the didn’t answer but did have options to press this or press that for diff needs. I tried each one. And each one got me an immediate busy signal. So no ability to talk or leave a message. I called a few times that week daily with no luck. Finally I call a month and a half later and get lucky and someone answered. Her name is Leah and after another 5 min on hold he said they are here! She asked me to schedule appt.but she only had two days they could see me. as a single working parent it’s super hard to do but I managed to arrange coordinate so I can make it. But before I accept apt I ask if it will truly be in and out at that time because I have a meeting I cannot miss. She assured me to ask for her by name and she would make sure I was in and out Then I get a call the night before with a confusing message to call and confirm time (this call came at 5 pm after hours and when Jews light candles on Hanukkah so I couldn’t answer) I called back a minute later to ensure I confirmed and they had a message that said they weren’t taking any calls but I could leave a message and then the message box was full so I could not. I went in today at my scheduled appt time and they had no idea I had an appt and had me wait half hour to check. I rang bell and said I have to leave now but need inserts I bought. How they treated me after was horrible abusive and didn’t care if I had obligations. I had to leave in middle of her cutting the insert and will never go back. I have never had such a bad experience. He is great doctor.

New patient just saw Dr Klein for the first time. He was very pleasant professional and knowledgeable. He took his time describing my ankle condition. He gave me a cortisone shot right in the ankle joint. It was totally painless what an excellent administration of the cortisone I was amazed that the needle went two inches right in the joint without any discomfort whatsoever. What a great doctor! Watch out for the scam billing! Told to pay in advance even though insurance covered the service. Paid in good faith and insurance fully paid on top of it. Called billing department for refund since they were fully paid by my insurer. Billing department is using every excuse possible to keep my money. Will pursue legal action now.

Dr. Klein just isn’t a doctor he also cares about his patients and Physical health. He doesn’t rush his time during your visit and keep Demonstrating and explaining until you get a clear understanding of your treatment. Awesome physician indeed

Doctor Klein is a wonderful doctor. Very patient oriented spends time with his patients answers questions and make sure all the questions are answered. He has a great disposition and really goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable. I would recommend him to anybody who needs Orthopedic care. I am very pleased with his attention and his convenient scheduling. The whole staff is friendly and very outgoing. I have recommended him to others people that have issues.
