I found the staff very accommodating. Didn't have any problem getting an appointment. Dr. Kadlecik took his time explaining what my condition was and what the procedure would entail. I didn't feel he talked down to me or implied that I was ignorant in understanding the procedure. I just had my surgery and he did a great job. This place stinks. Staff hardly gets the phone and when they do they're horribly rude and even hang up on you! Very unpleasant unprofessional staff! Doctor is even worse he's a cocky jerk who thinks he knows everything and talks down to his patients. He doesn't even deal with the issues makes you come in multiple times just to charge you a bigger bill. Save yourself the trouble and headache and don't come to this office. This place stinks.
