I joined Trusalus a couple of months ago. Working out with Alin Erensteyn is definitely the best choice I have made. Trusalus is offering small sessions (I believe up to 8 people) which suits me well and it also allows the trainers to pay attention to each and every one of us, making sure we are working out correctly and not damaging our body. It truly feels like I am in a private session. The level of training and professionalism that Alin brings with her is a rare find. I feel that I am in good hands, I am getting stronger, Alin is tracking my progress and challenging me in each session. Highly recommended. I joined Trusalus a couple of months ago.
