Dr. Hazey and his team were amazing during my screening. They talked me through every step. Dr. Hazey followed up after with the results.

Dr. Hazey recently did a. Colonoscopy on me and has taken my gall bladder out in the past. He is very professional and kind and caring. Both procedures went very smooth and the staff at Memorial Hospital is incredible!

Very through with information, very polite and professional.

The office was clean staff was kind doctor was very professional, and answered all my questions

Everyone was very welcoming & made my experience comfortable. Everything was explained very well. Very good customer service.

I had a procedure with Dr. Hazey. He and his team took great care of me. I highly recommend he and his staff for any of you needs.

My first visit made me very comfortable with the Doctor and staff. They explained everything to my wife and I and made sure we didn't have any more questions. Highly recommend.

My 89 year old mother likes Dr Hazey because he explains thing so that she can understand

Took the time to really listen and to explain things as well.

Dr. Hazey misread my MRI, put me under to perform a simple gallstone removal and wasn't able to do it. I had to be transferred immediately to Riverside, where they told me in fact I had several gallstones in my gallbladder, as well as the one Dr. Hazey identified. They also identified a heart issue Dr. Hazey did not identify. Over a week later, I was finally able to eat again. Riverside saved my life. Had I stayed at Marysville Hospital, I have no doubt I would have died.

I know in these uncertain times it is very frustrating waiting for results, waiting for appointments, and just waiting to hear anything from anyone. The staff seem to be annoyed when you call and try to understand the process of everything taking place. I know my results would take 7-10 days, I’m even thinking they meant business days at this point. I received a call from my PCP the day of my ultrasound saying I must have a biopsy. Ok, sounds fair, that was May 20th. I seen Dr. Hazey after a while, I believe due to miscommunication on someone’s behalf, no fault of Dr. Hazey I believe. When I was in with the Dr. he explained the process, the reason why, and he had a very caring attitude in my opinion. I do believe he is a methodical person and genuinely understand what was going on with me. Again I waited and finally got a call for the biopsy and I had it completed June 16th, so nearly a month later. I understand I am not the only patient, I’m a nurse and I understand there is a very long line in our small town for medical needs. I wish there was more communication. I am currently 20 weeks pregnant and would like to explain to my OB what is going on. I have a second person inside my body and I have to think about them. I do think Dr. Hazey is a good doctor from what I’ve met, but I think if I would have went to a larger hospital if I knew I wouldn’t have some sort of answer within a months time. I know this is a long post. I think that Dr. Hazey is good at listening and explaining, but wish I knew ahead of time. It’s pretty scary not having answers when your anxiety is already through the roof. I also question why I was sent to a general surgeon when it’s more of a possible endocrinologist issue being my thyroid. ????????‍♀️ Update: Dr. Hazey called today 7/1/2020. He has an approach of its big, but since it’s benign wait until after pregnancy. After all of my research that’s roughly what I was getting. I like he called back, but on Tuesday 10 business days after the biopsy I had to call and say please have some sort of help with my questions. They replied he was doing procedures today and would be back in the office on Thursday. So thankfully he called me back and talked with me directly. I do appreciate that. Don't waste your time. Took my elderly father to see Dr. Hazey well over 3 weeks ago. They were supposed to get information on surgical mesh that was used on my father from another doctor. I have made 3 calls to Dr. Hazey and I have never received a call back after being told I would receive a call. Total waste of time and money and still no answers. Very disappointed. My husband has had stomach issues for years and Dr Hazey has been great! He's very thorough and listens to all our concerns. Definitely recommend.

Dr Hazey was a blessing to me when I had to go through my first colonoscopy. He was very helpful in explaining the process and every question I had he was patient and attentive.
