Office staff is friendly. Doctor explains procedures so you understand everything clearly.

The staff was cordial. Dr. Glasser listened to me and ordered tests to determine my problem.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Glaser and his staff. They are so thorough in their initial questioning and examination. Dr. Glaser was able to alleviate my neck pain and now my migraines. Overall he's a great doctor and his staff are very welcoming and warm. Easy parking, pharmacy right downstairs, beautiful facility. I would one hundred percent recommend you see him if you have any kind of pain

The clinic is pleasant and inviting and Dr Jeffrey and the medical staff is very nice and professional

Very personable gets straight to the point

Dr. Glaser and his staff are friendly and caring. He has the knowledge, ability, and confidence that you want in a doctor. I can’t recommend him enough.

Very impressed... From the front office to Dr. Glaser. And on the way out it was Excellent!!!! By far the best!!!! Thank you!!

Dr. Glaser takes good care of me. He and his staff are very personable

got injection of steroid - i am resting - eating salmon vegies and just some water good sleep and then in a week , the pool for therapy so i will, again be, tennis champ at the local park in less than a month

Dr Glaser is amazing. He is very attentive, patient and caring. I drive 2 hours to see him. I recommend him to anyone that has neck and back pain. He has help me not to have surgery on my neck. His office staff is always so nice. Thank you for being awesome.

Review is for my recent consultation appointment. Dr Glaser and his staff were great. I appreciated the no nonsense service. They didn’t take my insurance, so I had to pay out of pocket for the services. I liked that they were straight forward with the fees and didn’t have add ons. Though I have to admit, when I first called, they didn’t tell me about the facility fee if I decided to go with the PRP. It was probably a miscommunication and they quoted me assuming my insurance covered the facility fee. Regardless, their prices are reasonable. I’m only OK with the staff. It’s a hit or miss. With setting up appointments, they are great. With getting the procedure done, more coordination between the office and the surgery office needs to be done. I was asked questions from the surgery office that I had no answers to because I wasn’t told by the other office. Dr Glaser himself was friendly, easy to talk to, and approachable. Very professional polite and very compassionate good listener.

People in the office were delightful and Dr. Glaser made me feel like there was really something he could do to help me.

Only had one visit so far but feel I’m in good hands.

It’s so refreshing and reassuring that when you’re working with a professional, especially a doctor, that they are 100% knowledgeable yet still caring for the patient and send you in the right direction for your treatment. I hobbled into his office on a Wednesday and had my treatment at the surgery center on Friday and now I can walk. I haven’t been able to walk or sleep for seven weeks. Friday night I slept like a baby, no pain -now I can wait for my complete recovery. In September Dr.Glaser implanted a spinal cord stimulator for my back pain. In the past 5 months my lower back pain has been getting better and I am now walking 2 miles per day and my pain level has been reduced by 50%. I have not felt this good in 7 years. Staff seems more afraid of upsetting him than getting your needs met. Talked to two different people and got blown off about a mistake they never should've made. He may be an excellent doctor (likely is, from all these reviews) but having an office staff that is either scared of him or haughty enough to take patients for granted sort of undercuts his prowess. If I can't access your superstar skills, your theoretical superstar-ness isn't useful or relevant to my healthcare situations.

Dr. Glaser is the type of doctor you want all of your doctors to be. The bar is set high for the patient from the moment you walk into his office. His entire staff is courteous, professional and friendly. Dr. Glaser spends the time with you, listens compassionately, and reassures you that he will be able to help find a solution. After four years of chronic nerve pain and a highly limited quality of life, Dr. Glaser’s assessment and implantation of a spinal cord stimulator has allowed me to return to traveling, going to sporting events, and increased mobility. Without the spinal cord stimulator I was unable to sit at sporting events and travel was a miserable experience. Thanks to Dr. Glaser and his staff my quality of life has improved significantly.

I am truly grateful to Dr. Glaser for his treatment and his ability to explain everything that was wrong with my back and the best options available to reduce my pain. We ended up with a SCS that has brought my pain to a very tolerable level.

Absolutely awesome physician - and all his staff, starting from the parking lot attendant, all the way up to his technicians. What a kind and generous doctor.

I was having lower back pain. Dr. Glaser was very nice and helped answer all my questions.

Dr. Glaser was very thorough in his questioning and examining me for my pain and itching. He then suggested upping the medication to 75 mg 3 times a day. Hopefully the Shingles pain will whither away. The staff was friendly, helpful and courteous,

Dr Glaser has helped to solve and soothe my migraines. He is extremely knowledgeable and an utmost professional. So grateful to have found him and his practice. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and the office itself is impeccable. Highly recommend!

Efficient and Caring

Dr Glaser and staff are so professional and compassionate. I struggle with migraines and lower back issues. I am very active and don’t want pain to impede my life. I am so grateful to have been referred by my husband. I know I’m in the very best hands with my health.

I need to update my review with the center. After being promised multiple times, there has been no follow up regarding previous requests. The pharmacy they work with on the ground level how’s the worst service. Unfortunately my incident is related to both. What a shame that people simply can’t return your phone call or answer your question. A simple follow up as promised becomes a good service without much effort.
