Great doctor and office staff. A friend of mine referred me here. I'm an RN 40 years this year! I don't tell doctors offices that though. I went for a skin issue, on my chest. He looked right at it, and knew what it was. Froze off some age spots, and said I could come back for laser of the chest area, if I wanted to. No pressure to do an elective procedure. I had a good feeling the minute he walked in. I wasn't even intimidated or embarrassed to stand there in my bra and underwear in front of him. I felt a trust and good positivity from him, right off the bat. I was in and out of there in less then an hour! Smiling! That almost never happens. Kudos to this office.

I have been the office manager for Dr Fromowitz for over a year and can honestly say I love my job and my work family! My team of exceptional co-workers are second to none and Dr Fromowitz is an amazing provider who cares about his patient. We pride ourselves on seeing our patients on time for their appointments as their time is valuable to us.

my wife susan and i have been patients of dr fromowitz for many years. after we moved to PGA we still see dr frompowitz. he is a great concerned doctor. no one better.

Dr Fromovitz and staff are awesome. Accommodating, personable and great at explaining whatever condition you have. Their online appointment scheduler is a bit wonky sometimes, so you are better off just calling them for an appointment.

I have been getting Botox every 8 mos for about 18 years. I've been to different doctors in different cities and states because I have moved a few times. Being new to FL, I went to Dr Fromowitz based on mostly positive google reviews. My first visit was for Botox. The front desk person was neither rude nor friendly. Dr Fromowitz was nice, but seemed very rushed. There are actually many treatments I am interested in knowing more about. I am looking to learn more about finding the right solution for some concerns I have. He didn't seem to have time to consult about that nor did he explain anything about his technique or style of administering botox. He asked me what I wanted done. I replied by saying "all the things" and sort of wiped my hand over my whole face. He did the injections and then told me that I could come back for touch up's for no extra cost. After returning home, I noticed that he did not treat the area between my eyebrows. So I made an appt to go back and get that part done. I thought it would be a touch up. So I called it that. Apparently, that set them off. A lady came in the room to ask what I was there for. I told her. She left. Another lady (none of them introduced themselves) came in and ask me what I was there for. I told her. She began to explain that I didn't make it clear what I wanted and that what I'm asking for is not a touch up but rather a whole new treatment. Then she asked me 2 more times if I wanted to get the treatment done. I had been very clear, but it became frustrating to have to repeat myself and she was talking to me in a short, almost combative way. So I said I wanted the treatment and said I didn't know why she kept asking me that. Well I do know why. It's because they (1) didn't do what I asked them to in the first place (2) offered a free touch up that they were hoping I would not ask for (3) blaming me for the issue so that they can justify the charge for a "new service" and (4) taking patience that they do not have time for. So the Dr. came in and not only treated the area that was missed, but also gave me injections all over my forehead. I did not think I needed more forehead injections. I will not know the result of that for a few days, but he injected me in places I've never had injections before. He seemed agitated. I felt it was an aggressive encounter. I should have been the one that was upset. They didn't do what I wanted, wasted more of my time, charged me more and were rude about it. It wasn't necessary to treat me rude and be argumentative. At the end of it all, I have no confidence that I'll get the result I want and expect and it cost me more time and money than I have ever spent for this treatment in my life. Plus, I'm sad and confused about how they acted toward me and I have to find a new dermatologist. I have been getting Botox every 8 mos for about 18 years. Dr Fromowitz is a knowledgeable and pleasant man to deal with. He has a good staff as well. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

I was a patient of Dr. Fromowitz's years ago and he actually diagnosed and treated 3 areas of skin cancer. I was very happy with him, so I thought I would go back to him for a new problem even though I had moved to Port St Lucie. I developed an ugly rash on my legs of brown spots. So I went to see him and said it was derma something or other and it was no big deal and prescribed a cream. That was 5 months ago and it has actually spread. It is so ugly that I can't even wear shorts. I went back and he still assured me it was nothing to worry about. Well, I am worried. Picture below. Then I was feeling really horrible about myself so I decided to have some work done. Dr. Fromowitz Juvadermed my lips and it lasted all of 3 months. In his defense, he tried to correct it for free. Two months later my bottom lip looks OK, but my top lip looks the same and not only that, but I have all these bumps from the needles all around my lip and the worst is this bubble in the middle of my top lip. It fills up and drains several times a day. I left a message to speak with him about it, but he won't return my call. I guess I will have to find another dermatologist to fix it. The last is the Secret. I had this treatment which is supposed to tighten the skin on your face and diminish your wrinkles. It is something you can do if you can't afford a face-lift. One procedure a month for 3 months and the results are best at 6 months. It has been 5 months and there has been no change. This was an expensive, painful procedure. I absolutely cannot recommend this office anymore. I have no idea what the problem is, but after 5 months and treatments both medical and cosmetic, they are 0 for 3. And when you leave a message, the doctor does not return your call. Do your research. There are many caring dermatologists out there. Dermatologists of Boca are not one. I started going to Dr. Fromowitz about a year ago because I had been suffering with psoriasis off and on for over 45 years. I had been to MANY dermatologists in the past, but not one came close to my experience with Dr. Fromowitz. I am 99% clear and now see him for all my skincare needs. in the scary covid world we live in this office just gets what to do well. the office is immaculate, they are all masked and vaccinated. dr fromowitz took his time and sat with me while i went through a complex problem. he is not only empathetic and excellent but understood what i needed to get better.

I was placed in a room shortly after I arrived and the PA came in the room almost right away.

Went in for a biopsy... They never called me with my results or made any attempt to contact me with my results. After 2 weeks I had to start emailing them asking if I was ever going to get my results back. They told me in the office while I was there it would be 3 days. Nope.... So I paid for 2 visits (one was telemedicine) and got no results. Not a well run office IMHO. Update: 11/22/2020 I just discovered they submitted nothing through my insurance either. Also, the extracted area left a much larger scar. They kinda butchered me. It was very painful the way she did it. I asked why she didn't put anything in to numb it and she said, "Because that would mean I'd have to poke you again, and I don't want to do that." SO she just openly acknowledged she was not going to properly numb the area. And now to learn that they didn't even submit through my insurance.... I would not go back to them. Worst patient experience ever!!! I sent the staff the details of my case and asked them to check with the doctor (which they didn't) to see if this was something he could treat. They said that they checked with him and that he would like to see me for a consult. When I went in the office, the doctor took one look at me and said that he needed scans before he could see me. That's exactly what I wanted to know over the phone and which I was charged to find out. In terms of a consult, they never reviewed my medical history with me, or did a thorough examination. But they were more than happy to say that they did and charge me for it. Not only did they not help me, but when I called the office staff was so rude and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I've called them for months try to rectify this situation. The Doctor is good, but always in a rush. However here are the reason I will NOT go back. 1) Terrible patient experience and communication from staff 2) Missed my scheduled tele-health appointment because they did not set it up 3) Never received my prescription 4) During a check up an assistant Stayed in the room as the doctor asked me to show him a private area to check a small bump. Don’t let his nonchalantness lure you into a false sense of security. You will likely have a positive experience with Dr. Fromowitz, wait times are minimal and office is organized, but he is driven by his efficiency which does contribute to an apathetic attitude. I had skin tags removed, and before he even explained what he was going to do, the cryo bottle was already in hand and he was starting. I emphasized that I would be getting married the next week, and do not do anything that would leave a mark. His response (as he was already freezing them off), “no problem, 2-3 days and you’ll be healed.” Meanwhile a week later I had bruises all over my face and neck for my OWN WEDDING. When I called his office to ask what to do they said average healing time was 1-2 weeks. Now, almost a month later I have scars all over my neck and face. Each time I have been there my experience has been the same, he wants to be in and out of the room as fast as possible to reduce wait times, and I guess over the years I just got lucky until now. I was referred to Dr. Kovalyshyn by my Rheumatologist because she wanted me to see a Dermatpathologist. I’ve been to other dermatologists and I was prescribed a pill and some cream. I always wanted to know what caused this condition and how can it go away. Dr. Kovalyshyn listened, answered my questions and showed genuine interest in helping me get well. It is very hard to find A doctor who hasn’t become desensitized and Dr. K shows you that your well-being matters. I was profoundly pleased with my Mohs surgery performed by Dr Fromowitz and closed by Dr Jack. The office staff is superb. Never a problem with appointments or paperwork. Both my surgery appointment and suture removal appointments were exactly and even a little earlier than on time. Always a great experience with dr Fromowitz and his team. Dr Fromowitz is extremely knowledgeable and has a phenomenal range of equipment and treatment options. I was referred to his office for a free consultation and 2nd opinion. 4/15/2019 Spent 2 minutes with the doctor. I asked his office to get me an estimate for a procedure with my medical insurance when compared to a different option with a different doctor. Never heard back from his office. 2 or 3 months later I received a bill for an office visit. My portion after insurance, $88.47 Had 3 conversations with their office and was told it would be taken care of. Now February 2020 and I have a collection notice. Extremely disappointed, Todd C

Please don't go to Dermatology of Boca! The service is very bad. I don't think that the treatment is good. Also, they charge a lot. The price is not reasonable. Manager is rude.

Worst dermatologist I’ve been in my life! If you have a skin problem they don’t know nothing about it! Just hate places like that. All they know is about Botox and fillers! That’s how they make money! Not even to send the prescription to the pharmacy!!!! What a waste of time and money!!!!
