Arrived early for appt, told there would be a wait of well over an hour! Someone should have called us before we left home for the appt so we could have come in later. Wasted our time. Once we finally got in, and the doctor came into room, he started the appointment for about 5 minutes then suddenly said he'd be right back. Heard toilet flushing. If he had to go that bad 5 minutes into appt, he surely should have known he had to go before he started the appt, and taken care of that before coming into room. Once appt got under way, he suddenly stopped talking, grabbed his phone and proceeded to call another patient. He put the call on speaker phone and started talking to other patient about his prescriptions. If that isn't a HIPAA violation, I dont know what is. The whole appt was disorganized, non-informative, and he had a slight attitude, and didnt want to listen to anything we said. This choice was a bad mistake.

The 1st time I met with Dr Freemsn was an in person appointment even though we are in the throws of the covid-19 pandemic. He spent about an hour with me learning my history, personal and medical, all while social distancing. I found him to be very thorough, thoughtful and likeable. My second visit was telemed. Updating my review again, a few years later, because nothing good ultimately came out of this experience...Dr. Freeman was recommended in my search for a doctor to treat hypogonadism. What I discovered was a condescending and patronizing doctor with bad bedside manner who does not understand men's hormones and will tell you that you look perfectly healthy despite how lousy you feel. Lifestyle changes ultimately helped very little, despite my "adequate" blood test results and to this day I'm worse off and still struggling. Maybe he's good for diabetes or some other issues but if you're a man who's been suffering from hypogonadism and are genuinely and desperately looking for a knowledgeable, understanding and compassionate doctor who is up to date with how things work, please stay far away.

The doctor is a lunatic. I went to him and he talks about world history and world dominion? When i complained to the staff they laughed and stated that he goes off on tangents. Loony Tunes theme playing.

I got a bad secundary effect becouse a medication prescribed by Dr. Freeman, he call me back and had the nerve to ask me to go to continue the medication and go to emergency clinic to get details about the allergy. I stop the medication and I searching for a new physician.

If i could give 0 stars I would. I was in the waiting room for 20 minutes before getting called back, and was only called back after I went up to the desk and complained. The MA didnt even prep the room until I complained! I was in the room for over half an hour. Meanwhile the doctor was in the next room with a patient talking about conspiracy theories. I have been a patient of his for a couple of years and am looking to change doctors. He is very rushed and spends the whole appointment with his back turned towards you and talking to the computer. He allows you 30 seconds for questions while rushing you out the door, and only gives you yes or no answers. His bedside manor is a little lax to say the least. The only reason I kept going back to him was because it's hard to get into a specialist when you're a new patient. Excellent doctor. He takes the time to explain the test results and map out a course of treatment. Genuinely cares about his patients. So glad he was highly recommended to me.

Doctor Freeman is attentive, caring and knowledgeable. Office wait time is minimal and he does not rush you. When you need him after hours, he is available. I switched to Dr. Freeman because I would wait at my former doctor's office too long because of more than one appointment being set up for the same time. When I finally did see the doctor, no more that 10 minutes was spent with me. I wouldn't go anywhere else. His office staff is professional, helpful and courteous.. Dr. Freeman is a very good indegronologist. I have several things that I am dealing with. He has proven to be accurate in his analysis. And He stays abreast of what my other specialists are doing. I appreciate that because some people I talk to who have several things going on, their doctors sound more like renegades than a team. Also we can talk and he is clear in his explanation of things.

Excellent, professional and knowledgeable. Up to date on knowledge of therapies and technologies. And so polite, friendly and helpful. A+

I've been seeing Dr. Freeman for several years. He really cares about his patients. He goes out of his way to make sure my health is top priority! I strongly recommend Dr. Freeman for endocrinology issues!!

Wait was long. He frequently checked/answered his phone and then relayed messages to assistant about whomever had called. He spoke very condescendingly and was in general rude. Not worth your time, money, or your health to visit this office.

I am so sick of unprofessional "professionals". #1 don't add your input to something you don't have a degree or personal experience in. (Don't tell me about anxiety, panic, or phobias. I live it and have a degree in psych) #2 I am aware that I'm fat. I don't need you to tell me. No, not every problem is a result of being overweight or obese. #3 when with a patient, turn off your cell phone! It is not okay to answer texts, leave mid patient sentence to answer a call, nor interrupt the patient to talk about another one with your assistant. #4 Anxiety and my phobia of medication isn't going to disappear because you chastise me like a child. I am aware of my fears being illogical, your rudeness isn't going to change that. Also, while office staff are nice and certainly good people, they too don't appear professional. His office refused to return my calls . I have called five(5) times for and appointment and still no response. Does Dr.Freeman not practice anymore? WILL SOME ONE RETURN MY CALL!

My first time meeting with Dr. Freeman..... I walk into the room, wait 45 minutes while he tries to fix his computer (with me sitting in the room) ..his phone is constantly going on... he answers texts, leaves the exam room to relay messages regarding the texts to his assistant walks back in and says 'what is your name again'

Horrible staff. Left multiple messages and finally gave up. Then a week after I gave up they called me and scheduled an appointment. Tried to call the office multiple times and only got the Answering Service or Voice Mail. Allison called me today, the day of my appointment and cancelled the appointment. This isn't a Doctor's office & Dr Jeffrey Freeman should be extremely embarrassed for screwing over patients. They have a 48 hour cancellation policy, Well I have a 72 hour cancelation policy!!!!

Good doctor, listens intently to your complaints. Office staff and answering service lack professionalism.One can call several times without a response or reply. Answering service is on during office hours and you are forced to leave voice mails when you need to speak to someone even though it's a non-emergency. Beings it's very difficult to get a return call from the staff, this becomes highly frustrating. Considering my options because office staff is so poor and I drive a long way to see him.

The web cam service and the company that he uses for these "telemedicine " appointments is a scam. Its like he gets paid to test out this company's software for them and there are always technical issues.

I waited over an hour to be seen for my first appointment but it was so worth it! I was the last appointment for the evening & he took the time to listen to me and cared about how lousy I was feeling. He was so "down to earth" that he was showing me different features on my phone since we have the same one. He helped me understand my medical condition. He made sense when figuring out a dosage to start off with. He had a web chat with me for free & I truly believe he is sincere & he's definitely passionate about his job. He told me to quit whining about my thyroid problems and to be happy I didn't have diabetes. I went to a new doctor and it turned out I had thyroid cancer! I would never set foot in his office again.

A bit of a wait, but other than that, totally worth it. He is treating both my Diabetes and Hypothyroidism. He listens to my concerns and answers all my questions. Has gone above and beyond to make sure I feel better leaving his office than when I walked in. I also love that now I have the option to see him through Freeman Telemedicine. There is less waiting and it's just like talking to him at his office, he was even able to order labs and a gave me a prescription! Very caring.
