Dr. Faycurry and staff are wonderful! I’ve been going there for years and the professionalism, knowledge and care is stellar. Highly recommend.

Very rude and if you dont show up or dont go for a couple of years they will make drama. Find another place that stays professional.

I never seen a dental clinic that charge you money before they get the work done, Worst dentist

Worst dentist ever I spent my hard-earned 5K while I was a student at Oakland university and one year later all my teeth that Jeffery has done anything to are crumbing. This should be addressed otherwise I will file a lawsuit.

Best and least painful dentist I've been to and I've been to quiet a few. Didn't feel the root canal at all and the same day crown/cap was a fantastic experience as well. This is a nice office and they seem to be reasonable at accommodating your needs.

Awesome dentist, awesome staff !!!!!

I appreciated the call from the office to reschedule my teeth cleaning appointment due to some unforeseen issues. Carolyn offered me a variety of options and I was able to choose one that was viable for me. Shannon did an excellent job with my dental hygiene appointment; she was punctual and thorough. Dr. Faycurry followed with his examination answering any questions that I might have. His office continues to provide the highest level of great customer service. I am new to this practice and needed to get in right away due to an issue with my front tooth, and they were able to accomodate me the very next day!!! Such a wonderful practice. Everyone there is so incredibly nice and go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable.

Nice location. Personnel was very helpful since my first call. It was my first visit to the dentist in the US and everyone, including the Doctor, were patience to explain in detail every step. Very happy with them.

Office is in a convenient location and is very nice. Office staff greeted me promptly, and were very helpful with paperwork (which they emailed over ahead of time so I didn't have to do it in the office). They also saw me right on time which is huge for me. Hygienist was knowledgeable, kind and personable. They have some great new technology that makes the X-rays more bearable. I started seeing Dr Faycurry about 15 years ago at his Auburn Hills location. He and his staff make you feel at ease and very comfortable. The Dr work has always been flawless and not requiring follow up visits to result the same issue. Recently I went in to repair cracked tooth and I walked out with a pain free root canal and crown. Dr. Faycurry just removed the roots of my last wisdom tooth, which had been stuck in my lower jaw for seven years. I recently moved to the Shelby area, and I went to Dr. Faycurry for a cleaning. He asked me if I wanted to get the roots removed, and to my surprise, he said he could do it without surgery. It took a little longer than he thought it would (and less time than I thought it would), but he succeeded, which is something the first dentist couldn't do (which is why the roots were there) and another said I'd need surgery to do. Dr. Faycurry obviously knows what he's doing, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. As an older adult I didn’t think there was much that could be done to improve the appearance of my smile due to bite and alignment issues. But when I bit a piece of candy and a post broke in a front tooth, I started a long search for a satisfactory fix. I visited some good dentists but just wasn’t happy with my options. Just by chance I mentioned my situation to my daughter in law and she referred me to Dr Faycurry . When he asked me ‘What did 'I' want” I knew something was different. He & his staff were very considerate of my extreme fear of dental procedures. Step by step he rebuilt everything I needed for a ‘Hollywood’ smile. Dr. Faycurry is the by far the best! My wisdom tooth extraction was a breeze. The whole procedure took just a few minutes. Dr. Faycurry and his assistants made sure I was comfortable. The office has a calm and relaxing feel to it as well.

Doctor Jeffrey Faycurry and stuff are great. I'm so happy to have a dentist that's professional and stuff that cares about their patients. I will recommend this office to everyone. They have reasonable rates compare to others.

Took my 5 year old son today for a cleaning and to check on an early wobbly tooth. They were able to see us on the same day. Our Dentist Hygienist, Shannon was wonderful with my kid, gentle, kept him engaged, and explain everything very well. Our first time to this office after abruptly leaving our old dentist. Started as a second opinion but we will make it our permanent dentist. My daughter had an issue and Thankfully Dr. Faycurry took the conservative route. Everything was explained in detail, x-rays explained, further options explained. was very happy!

He should be named Dr. fake hurry cuz his personality is fake and he's sure in a hurry to get his hands on your wallet.

Dr. Facurry himself is very good but his assistants are awful. My daughter had several times problems during and after the session when he was not doing the work himself. For our son we have chosen another dentist.

I've been going to Dr. Faycurry for more than 10 years. He and the team there have always been wonderful to work with. They get me in/out for my cleanings quick enough that I do them on my lunch hour but still get a great exam.

Several years ago, we had to switch from our "regular" dentist because of a change in our employee benefits package, so we selected Dr. Faycurry because he was close to our home. My wife and I got our teeth cleaned, and then had our initial consultation with Dr. Faycurry. A couple years later, when Dr. Faycurry moved to his current location in Rochester, we moved with him to what seems like the other side of the world! to be honest, due to my slight fear of the dentist, I haven't been in about 6 years. I couldn't have been happier with my experience here. From checking in at the front desk to my exam from the dr, everyone was professional, polite, gentle and welcoming. My cleaning was thorough and gentle. I'm more than satisfied with this office!

I had a small cavity on the back of my front tooth. Dr. Faycurry talked me into crowning the tooth. The temporary tooth that he put in was fine. the permanent tooth that he put in was way too big. My bottom teeth kept hitting the crown so I went back to him 2 days later to complain. He chastised me! he shaved down the crown a little in the back for my lower teeth 5 yrs later I still don't show my teeth for photos because the tooth is so large. I will NEVER go to this man again!

Nice! Everybody's so friendly here - a fun, family environment. Dr. Jeffrey is highly skilled and I can't explain how he does the work with almost no pain! My teeth feel and work great!
