Although hard to get in to see him, except the first couple of visits, he is very knowledgeable. He did take his time to explain all of the answers to my questions. I made sure I came prepared. You usually get his nurse practitioners, which are AMAZING also! He has great manners, is thoughtful, thorough & has your best interest in mind. **it does take quite awhile to get appointments, which is frustrating, this would be my complaint.

I believe he is skilled in his specialty but does not have a sense of urgency in diagnosing issues. This is frustrating when trying to identify a cause. The most frustrating part is communication. It can take weeks to get a response to a voicemail or message if you receive one at all.

Doctor Elliot seems to really care but it takes forever to get a hold of staff for documents and getting them to send appropriate paperwork for FMLA and life extending treatments.

The staff here is horriffic! Unkind, unprofessional, in-compassionate, uneducated and absolutely no communication between the front desk/nurses/doctors. I've NEVER been to such a disorganized doctors office in my life! There are a lot of compassionate and wonderful doctors out there. Do yourself some justice my moving on and choosing another doctor who will treat you well, respond to messages, answer questions and follow up!

Dr Elliott is very thorough and knowledgeable. He doesn't rush through the appointment. His explanations are very detailed and on a level the patient can understand. I highly recommend Dr Elliott.

My wife joined Dr., Elliot's ALS 'team'. in sept 2013. He wrote her a referral to hospice Aug 2015, and now will not return my calls, emails. They charged us by mistake, acknowledged it and yet turned us over to collections. We've always been poor but never late... or 'that',. Now she suffers each hour and we wait for callbacks. She cannot move.. or breathe.
