Dr. Dach is a brilliant & caring physician. My Hashimoto's symptoms were out of control until I found Dr. Dach and began his treatment protocol, which for me includes bioidentical hormone. Now that I'm under his care, my health is improved and I feel great again. Dr. Dach is thorough, orders very comprehensive bloodwork, and addresses vitamin deficiencies & food sensitivities that other doctors don't bother testing for. He stays up to date with the latest research in medicine. The entire staff is also very kind & helpful. I am very grateful to have found Dr. Dach and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Although he is a medical doctor, Dr. Jeffrey Dach is not the kind of physician you see simply when you are not feeling well. In fact, you see him when you’re well, so you stay that way. In addition to calling him a wellness doctor, I would call Dr. Dach an age management doctor (I’m up there in years, and I believe most of his clientele is mature in age). Dr. Dach’s goal is to make sure you function at your physical peak, no matter what your age. He does this by offering many kinds of therapies, from hormone replacement to natural thyroid supplementation and vitamin supplementation, and more. Twice a year, he sends me to a lab for the most comprehensive workup I’ve ever experienced. For example, a test for H.-pylori (you’ll have to look it up) had never been recommended for me by any doctor I’d seen previously. And yet it’s an important one! Dr Dach uses the lab results to either tweak certain things or leave well enough alone. I trust his assessment completely. My own primary care physician is hardly responsible for my overall care, aside from being a local resource for me, when I’m feeling under the weather—which is hardly ever. Dr. Dach, on the other hand, is a total resource for complete wellness. Extremely knowledgeable, he publishes a monthly email newsletter filled with cutting edge and often unexpected treatments. His staff is friendly and extremely responsive. To be fair, I’m not sure Dr. Dach would entirely agree with my assessment regarding what he does exactly, since he provides different, personalized treatments to many different people. I decided to see Dr. Dach after seeing many specialists for my heat disease and thyroid problems. After doing all the tests and imaging he ordered, I returned to discuss results and create a treatment plan specific for me. This included but wasnt limited to diet, supplements and hrt. Let me be clear that my problem has nothing to do with Dr. Dach, it's with follow up Susan in the office.Dr. Dach recommended the Whole food Plant based diet to lower inflammation, removing all inflammatory foods. In a a follow up conversation with Susan..she said that it wasn't healthy for me to not eat meat and tried to push her Isagenix(similar to an Avon seller)an outdated diet program full of processed foods and sugar (Highly Inflammatory). I have been a patient of Dr. Jeffrey Dach for the past year. I was introduced to his approach to medicine by my wife and am very pleased with how he has assisted me with my overall health. Dr. Dach’s approach to medicine is very different than what I previously experienced. In the past I would go to the doctor when I was sick. They would usually provide medicine or some general advice and I would face the typical cycle of not feeling great, some half baked advice, a lot of inconclusive tests coupled with a slow recovery returning the next time I was ill. I've been seeing Dr. Dach for several years. He's a great person and is always available by email to answer my (many) questions and he knows more about the science behind what is going on as well as the drugs often used today than any Doctor I've known. I don't even use my PCP who is covered by insurance anymore. Thanks to Dr. Dach, I have completely taken control of my health, which went from stopping the progression of heart/blood inflammation to reversing it today. If you're willing to take responsibility for your health, working with Dr. Dach is a great move.

I drove 3 hours to meet with Dr Dach. I arrived On time and sat in his lobby for 1 hour. No word was said as I check in and as I waited. Is this the norm for your office? Next as Dr Dach came out to get me never apologized and look like he just woke up from a nap. The cost to meet with him and his phone calls is truly ridiculous for what he says he does! Secondly, has his staff trying to incorporate there Multi Level Marketing (Isagenix) for people who don’t need it, like myself to solve health issues, are u kidding me? Dr. Dach is clearly knowledgeable and operates differently from a typical doctor. He is more of a diagnostician and he will have you do a lot more labs than a typical doctor will. He will probably notice something that many doctors won't. The problem is that he is very expensive. He does not take insurance and they cancel all your refills if you do not immediately renew and pay each 6 month period. And each time you renew it is a huge chunk of cash. For someone who will be utilizing his services often maybe that is fair, but it's a lot to pay for every renewal if you won't be using his services that much, it would make more sense to have different payment plans. In addition to that, his treatment which seemed to help a little and at first helped me feel better, has resulted in the reverse effect of now feeling worse than when I started. So on top of the cost, I would be concerned about if he could actually help if I did renew, because when I voiced concerns of symptoms I was having earlier on I was just told to continue with the same treatment. I was using a prescription that was helping with one of the problems that I was seeing Dr. Dach for, but it needs to be continued otherwise my cycle will be messed up as well as other side effects. So I was not happy to call the pharmacy for a refill only to find out that my refills had been cancelled and I would not have enough time to get a new prescription as this is something not every doctor can write a prescription for and I would have to find a new one, get an appointment, do labs for them, etc... The prescription was only a few months old... it wasn't like I was in dire need of a re-visit...I had refills, but they were cancelled. Refills I paid to have with my initial 6 month payment. This is not an expectation of free services, but an annoyance with how they operate. If I had known they would pull this, I would have called the pharmacy to refill earlier so that I would not have to pay the physical toll of being without the prescription! That is a very greedy way to operate. That is healthcare in America. If you want to improve your health you better be able to pay.... a lot. I was gaining 10 lbs a month before I started taking NatureThroid vs. Synthroid that I took it for years but it seemed to stop working. My levels were ok, but I was tired and my thyroid hurt all the time due to Hashimoto's. I gained 50 lbs. My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Dach for going on two years now. Not only is he an expert in his field of practice, but Dr. Dach actually listens to his patients. We're very pleased with our care from Dr. Dach and his staff.

I have been a patient of Dr. Dach and Dr. Alvarez for the last year and a half. They were able to diagnose through extensive blood testing (routine for them) that I was low on Iodine. Although this sounds simple, upon supplementing Iodine my energy levels promptly picked up and things pretty much reversed for me. No doctor I have ever been to has ever suggested testing for iodine before. They offered that I was just getting older. Of course I was also deficient in Vitamin D3 (like the vast majority of the population) and a few other things, all of which cause unseen but significant long term issues. Working with the staff here is actually a pleasure, and I now have my wife and teenage kids going here too. It's not an inexpensive way to do medicine, the concierge model is not for everyone. Especially for me since I have regular insurance that goes mostly unused (except for labs), but in terms of depth of knowledge on diet, nutrition, metabolism, hormones, cancer, hormones, etc. and the "hands on" you get with the doctors here, it's well worth it. I tried for a few years to find a doctor in my network who does 'functional medicine' to no avail. Another doctor friend recommended him. I have recommended Dr. Dach and Dr. Alvarez to several friends, older and middle aged like me. Most are healthy and don't see the need to be proactive with their health. They are missing the point. I'm over 70 and have been seeing Dr. Dach since 2009. I had to kiss at least 3 frogs (other specialists) before I found Dr. Dach through a friend. My symptoms were poor sleep and low energy. Dr. Dach helped my husband to regain his health after we went to numerous doctors to have him diagnosed. Not one of those doctors understood the problem. They prescribed different medicines which made the problem worse. Dr. Dach correctly diagnosed him with thyroid condition and recommended the right course of action. Blood test was covered by insurance. The office offers vitamins from their website, but you are not obligated to buy anything. I found Dr Dach just over 4 years ago after having a total thyroidectomy in 2011. During the first 2 years I had been receiving treatment through my HMO appointed Endo and felt as if I were dying. She would only prescribe synthetic T4 medication. My joints ached, muscles too. I never felt awake, was freezing all the time and was bloated/puffy. My hair was falling out - I could go on though I'm sure any thyroid patient that's being under-treated can related. After 2 years of fighting for proper testing (anything other than TSH) asking about NDT treatment and bio-identical HRT while basically being laughed at and ignored I was getting angry. What caused me to finally fire her was when my heart rate dropped to 48 BPM - bradycardia. She told me that bradycardia and all my other symptoms had nothing to due with my thyroid levels because my TSH was at 2.5. This is when I really stepped up and became my own advocate. I began researching and called many doctors advertising a holistic approach using natural desiccated thyroid and bio-identical HRT etc. Although many doctors were closer to my home I chose Dr Dach and I am so glad I did. When I finally received the proper testing it was found that my Free T3 level was all but non existent and my Free T4 was bad as well. Then the 'holy grail' of all tests (according to Endos) showed my TSH was at 24.00. When I was under 'her' care she told me to take my meds in the morning before I went for lab work and that it was fine to eat and go later in the afternoon - the results were obviously flawed to my detriment. I still have the very last lab order she wrote - no fasting is written right on it. However, in the past 4 years I have been given my life back - I have found myself again and it's amazing! I'd honestly forgotten what it was like to feel good because it had been at least 25 years of struggling with many misdiagnoses along the way under the care of mainstream HMO doctors. Since being under Dr Dach's care the extra weight my body had been holding onto melted off - having proper Free T3 levels along with all other hormones being and working in balance will do that. Pain is gone and my hair stopped falling out. The bio-identical HRT has been life changing and saving. Dr Dach and his staff could not be more helpful and accessible. The treatment plan is very affordable and the convenience of having my medications sent directly to my door is wonderful! I did drive to the office my first couple of visits - it takes 4+ hours each way and worth every mile. There was one time I ran late, very late...3 hours. Embarrassed, I had called Susan fearing I'd have to turn around and reschedule when she said she'd let the doctor know and that I should continue on my way. I found Dr. Dach over 5 years ago and he was a god send! At that time I had no idea what low Thyroid was and Dr. Dach spend over an hour reviewing my medical history which is unheard of. Over the years I have found that the best doctors are ones that have had their own health issues and that is why he is a compassionate doctor. There was an initial mix-up with the office coordination that disappointed me, but that wasn't attributed directly to Dr. Dach. I had been looking so long for a doctor medically prepared and with a natural approach,  and I'm very excited that finally I've found Dr. Dach  after a very long research. I have just recently met him personally and I was put on the natural thyroid, some other natural supplements and prescription medications (they had previously prescribed a very accurate and exaustive list of lab. tests) Can't wait to see how my body responds! 03/22/18 I've been with Dr. Dach for almost one year and I can say it is the best choice I have taken for my thyroid. Excellent doctor, good diagnostician, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. I consulted Dr. Dach after working with another physician for 3 years who was unable to resolve my problem. After following Dr. Dach's plan for three months the results are amazing and I am very pleased. I don't understand the one star review on this site and have to wonder if that poster actually visited Dr. Dach.

Both my husband and I go to Dr. Dach and we cannot say enough great things about him. He has us both on regimens that have us feeling better than ever. I have no idea what that person who gave him one star and wrote that he is greedy...is talking about. Maybe they work for someone else and they want to take business away from someone who knows what they are doing. I personally had been to four other people before I thankfully found Dr. Dach. Kind, nice, low-key, and super knowledgeable.

Doctor Jeffrey Dach MD has been a Godsend. He is very knowledgeable about Hashimoto's and other auto-immune disease as well as HRT. He is patient , kind , plus has a great sense of humor and is always on the cutting edge of the new research for auto-immune and hormone replacement. Dr. Dash is the smartest and most caring Doctor I have ever seen. He took me as an emergency thyroid case and probably saved my life. I am stable and feeling good, thanks to him. I have been going to Dr. Dach for the last few years for hormone and thyroid treatment as well as general age management issues. One thing that you will find with Dr. Dach is that he takes his time when you meet with him. Sometimes over an hour of consultation going over how I feel and analyzing my blood-work. Dr. Dach is very educated on the latest supplements and anti-aging research, in fact I look forward to reading his published research that comes out every few months. Very lucky to have him in S. The good: Dr. Dach will not only run a full thyroid panel, but he will check a lot of other hormone, vitamin, and other levels. He will get you started on natural desiccated thyroid if needed and help you get the other levels where they need to be. The bad: There is not a lot of support. For instance, when I was prescribed a B-12 injection I asked for help. I had never given myself any kind of injection before. No one would actually do the whole injection with me the first time. I also complained of a rash after being on iodine for a few weeks. They laughed me off and insisted that the rash was due to my use of chemical shampoos and bodywash. I stopped taking the iodine, and my rash went away. Later I found out that I should have been offered help to get the bromide out of my system. The ugly: My prescriptions from Dr. Dach's office said "Refills until 10/16/14". When I did not renew my subscription with Dr. Dach in April, they immediately canceled my refills. When I called the office to ask about this, his staff said that they "would never cancel my prescriptions willy-nilly, there must have been a mix up at the pharmacy". I asked for my records from the pharmacy and as you can see in my profile picture, the prescriptions were canceled by the doctor. I think the office should only write the prescriptions for a limited period of time or notify their patients that they are going to cancel their prescriptions so the patient can be prepared. After my son was born, I spent a year totally exhausted and could barely get out of bed. I had to quit my job after maternity leave, because my brain fog interfered in my ability to work. My primary doctor did bloodwork and noted that my thyroid numbers were off, but she said it was postpartum and would self-regulate. I've been one of Dr. Dach's patients for 2 years now. I was already diagnosed with hypothyroidism, but was experiencing lots of symptoms associated with it despite taking my daily dose of Synthroid. In my search to find an alternate way to treat my Low Testosterone I came across Dr. Dach's practice. I did not want to take a prescription medication that contained testosterone because your own body starts to decline its natural production of Testosterone when you subsidize it with prescription Testosterone and that didn't sound healthy to me. I have been a patient of Dr. Dach for over 5 years now. When I first went to him I was a mess. I had been diagnosed with Hashimoto's and had already been to 8 doctors. I had been going to Huston to see a bio-identical hormone doctor for years and wanted someone closer and more available. In 2007 I searched and found Dr. Dach on the internet. I saw that he was an accomplished artist. I took that to be a good sign and sure enough it was. Apparently I was low in thyroid,estrogen,testosterone and progesterone. After a Crohn's diagnosis for my son, we spent two years searching for local doctor's who would listen to our concerns and help us come find a way to manage the disease that was acceptable to us. Mostly what we found in hospitals were directives, alarmist reviews, clinical exchanges, dismissal of our concerns, and immediate recommendations for anti-TNF treatments (which can cause, among other side effects, lymphoma). A friend suggested that I pay Dr. Dach a visit because, like her, I had been on thyroid medication for years. Not only did he change the thyroid problem, but he found the root of a whole mess of my problems (and fixed them), some of which I have been living with my whole life and others that I believed were from getting old. I had always been considered the family canary but now we know better. One of the unexpected benefits of visiting Dr. Dach is that my arthritis is gone.
