Great experience and very easy. Everyone in the office is helpful and professional. Dr. Borukhov takes the time to listen and truly cares about his patients. I would recommend this office to friends and family.

SO difficult to get a hold of the front desk and the reception really doesn't seem to know what's going on.

I am happy to have found Dr. Eisenberg. She takes care of my whole family. So thorough, knowledgeable, respectful of patient concerns, and funny. Glad we found her.

Best eye doctor in NYC!

I had a very excellent experience. The appointment was set up promptly, the staff was very courteous, and the doctor explained the entire process.

I really like this office and have great faith in them - had my cataracts taken care of this year. As someone who has vision in only 1 eye, it was a big deal. The only blip in this visit was the eye mapping. But still would give the office 4 1/2 stars on this visit.

I was happy that I went there. Everybody was nice ,professional and quick. I didn't have to wait a long time. I would recommend this dr. to anyone.

Dr. Cooper was so nice, professional, and funny. The office is very nice and everyone is so welcoming. I will be returning to Dr. Cooper and this office for sure!

A few days ago I visited the new office on 86th street for an annual eye check up. It was very clean and impressive...the staff were polite and made my visit very pleasant. I recommend to everyone

I highly recommend Cooper Eye Care. Dr. Cooper and Dr. Eisenberg are true professionals. They will give you a thorough, comprehensive exam and have been especially helpful to me given my complicated eye issues. I also highly recommend their Eye Glasses Boutique. Vita is amazingly talented at helping you find just the right frame for your face. High end product and service. Love these people. No matter which doctor you see, they really care. Everything you could wish for in good, caring, professional eye care.

Gregory Borukhov, O.D. and his staff made my visit smooth, pleasant, and productive. Dr. Borukhov gave me a new prescription to alleviate irritation in my left eye, and now my eyes are doing great! By the way, I just received a message that the additional lenses I ordered day before yesterday have already arrived!

Dr. Eisenberg is very thorough and she explains every detail. The front desk staff are also thorough in explaining about insurance coverage, etc. Wait time is kept to a minimum, and the exams are quick yet not rushed. I am so happy to have found an eye doctor close to work.

Went for 1st exam in over 10 years, and needed reading glasses. They use the new technology where you don't have to get the drops that make your pupils dilate! YAY!! The newer technology was only partially covered by my insurance but COMPLETELY worth the $39 that I had to pay! Staff were friendly and efficient. Dr. Conenna was lovely and very thorough and informative. I am looking forward to picking up my new glasses (first pair ever) next week! I got my complete eye check-up with Dr. Jennifer Colavito this week. I could not have had a more perfect experience. The wait time was reasonable, the reception staff was courteous and the 2 other members of the medical staff who saw me prior to the doctor were both friendly but professional. Dr. Colavito, however, is the main reason I will never go to another eye doctor.She is simply exceptional-very thorough in her exam, explains things in a way that is easy to understand, obviously knows her job and keeps up-to-date with the latest developments and advances in her field. Dr. Cooper was recommended to me by a world-renowned eye specialist in Washington DC, when my regular provider was unable to diagnose my vision problem and I had difficulty travelling to the famous specialist's location in Washington, DC. Dr. Cooper was described by the expert as "one of the very best in Manhattan--I'd place him at the top of my personal list of people to whom I'd refer you in New York City, where you live right now.") I walked in, Dr. Cooper ran a bunch of special tests, diagnosed the problem and explained the issue in clear layman's terms, then suggested a course of treatment and handed me a pair of reading glasses that solved my immediate problem before I had even left the office an hour later. The entire experience cost me $30 co-pay. AMAZING! Courteous, friendly staff too. Had a great experience with this practice. Easy to schedule an appointment, had no waiting time upon arrival, staff was kind, doctor was extremely kind and caring. I love that they have the technology that allows you to not have your eyes dilated. Yes it was a little extra money but for me totally worth it.

The staff were warm and courteous, there was a very short wait time once I arrived for my appointment, and the doctor took the time to answer my questions and review various options for me. I approached a well-known ophthalmologist in Manhattan for my eyes, but he could not accept my Medicare supplement company insurance; he instead recommended Dr. Cooper. He spoke very highly of Dr. Cooper. This referral was taken to me as an indirect endorsement of Dr. Cooper's expertise in the field. His comprehensive diagnosis was indeed accurate, and he kindly explained fully how he had arrived at his conclusion. I want this comment to reflect my sincere appreciation.
