Dr. Bunn and his medical assistant Jolene are amazing! Both are extremely professional. Dr. Bunn is an amazing surgeon and doctor and I would not recommend anyone else for ear nose and throat needs. Cannot say enough good things about Dr. Jeffrey Bunn!

My initial visit with Dr. Bunn was excellent. We discussed my condition and options. I had done considerable research prior to our visit about my condition and options available to me. I chose to have my thyroid removed because all prior testing had come back inconclusive as to whether it was cancerous or not. I already knew I would be on thyroid medication the rest of my life whether thyroid was removed or not. I found Dr. Bunn to be attentive to my discussion of options, compassionate and involved during our discussion. I would highly recommend Dr. Bunn.

He has a very calming and reassuring personality, with the knowledge and skills to help you understand what's going.

Dr. Bunn is a life saver!!! Once my oncologist spotted ovarian cancer and a growing thyroid nodule Dr Bunn and his team worked fast to get me in and the thyroid taken care of. Within a week I was seen qnd in surgery. This was a life saver because although not easy to squeeze me in, my chemo was not delayed. Im so thankful.

I am Joe's wife, Kathleen, and I was the patient that saw Dr. Bunn. I am a 13 yr. head and neck cancer survivor. I see an oncologist once a year just to make sure everything is going well. I am a new patient in this office. My husband and I have re-located from the east coast and I am getting established with doctors in the Spokane area. I have met dozens of doctors over the years and feel that I am well qualified to speak on quality of care. This doctor, his nursing staff, and the front desk staff all meet my high standards of care. Dr. Bunn is easy to talk to, willing to listen to an experienced patients thoughts on care, and would certainly be someone I would trust to take care of me. Dr Bunn is such a knowledgeable doctor and I feel blessed to consider him my doctor. Jolene is just great and together they have a great way of making their patient feel reassured and confident of a good outcome!

I was impressed with his kindness, concern, and ability to explain my diagnosis (throat cancer) and treatment plan so I could understand it and feel good about it.

I would let Dr. Bunn treat me over and over again he is an excellent surgeon and takes the time out of his busy life to make time for you, he even visited me in the hospital on his day off and the next morning. He even called my husband during my surgery to talk with him because he did not want him to worry.

I was very impressed with his staff and him I was nervous and they were very informative about the action plan.

A+++. Dr. Bunn was thorough, kind and brilliant in rapidly finding and treating my throat cancer, then taking care of me through the whole journey of my treatment, leading to my eventual cure. I always felt I was treated with love and respect and given the best possible care.

I had a (so far) brief experience with Dr. Bunn, but he seemed nice and he asked all the right q's, so he also seemed knowledgeable. What really impressed me is that he said he would call me in a month to follow up and see if I wanted an MRI- I've never had a doctor who I had one brief visit with care enough to do that!

If it weren’t for Dr. Bunn, my pregnant wife wouldn’t have gotten the medical attention needed to save her and my unborn child’s life. Awesome doctor.

Dr. Bunn and his staff are professional, efficient, friendly and kind. I am very impressed by how smoothly things went, and how personable everyone was. I highly recommend Dr. Bunn and Columbia Surgical Center/ ENT.

Dr Bunn has been treating me for the past several years both outpatient and several surgeries, so far so good, I have high regards for Dr a Bunn’s ability to treat my tongue cancer !

My mother had an operation by Dr Bunn that really improved her life. The healing went very quickly, and the post-surgery visit was fast, friendly, and thoughtful. Very impressed.

Dr Bunn has been wonderful. What I have gone through has been scary and a lot of unknowns. Dr Bunn had taken the time to explain every step. His team is outstanding as well. I would recommend him to family and friends knowing they would get the care and upmost knowledge from Dr Bunn.

I had a total thyroidectomy with Dr. Bunn, I felt very well taken care of. The office staff, and Jolene were kind and efficient. I would reccomend him to anyone, and hear nothing but wonderful things from other people in the community.

I had a very good experience with Dr. Bunn and his staff. He was surprisingly open to explain what was going on and what it all meant. Usually doctors aren't that forthcoming. I walked out of there feeling comfortable with our decisions and understanding what all my options were. He and his staff didn't rush me in any way and took the time to listen and give me personal service. I think a lot of other doctors would have tried to push surgery or medication on me when it was unnecessary, and he didn't. I really respect that. I've appreciated working with Dr. Bunn and his staff since my diagnosis of head & neck cancer almost 5 years ago. Dr. Bunn is clearly extremely competent - excellent at what he does. He is also friendly, smiling, quick to laugh, and doesn't take himself too seriously. A very good doc. His primary nurse Joleen is amazing. 1 star is for his personal Nurse who is Exceptional!! My 1st impression was his arrogance. Like we didnt know what we were talking about. He soon learned we did. He refused to answer 1 specific question 4 different times. He was happy he had gotten out of surgery early! HE TOOK A SHORTCUT to do it though, with lasting aspiration issues, for MINUTES when eating, for the patient! (The question he refused to answer 4 times was in regard to this shortcut NOT being done). Super scary for me right now!!! The patient throws up many meals and have lost much weight. Even walking is hard on breathing. Plus the hospital nurse chided the patient for laying in their urine just after surgery. GRRR! No depends was put on them before hand! (5 hours surgery start to hospital room) If covid-19 takes this healthy before surgery patient, Dr Bunn will probably just shrug his arrogant shoulders. Telling everyone, Doctors included, to stay away from Dr Bunn! Wish we had time to go to Seattle Doctors!!!

Dr. Bunn saw me even though his schedule was full- I was actually being seen by another doctor and the doctor told me he was not comfortable doing the procedure and wanted me to see Dr. Bunn. Dr. Bunn came in and went over everything with me. Though I already agreed to the procedure, he still explained everything in detail-to make sure everything was clear. I saw 2 doctors that day, and I was not charged for seeing Dr. Bunn. He was there before surgery, and was 1st person I saw after. I saw him a few years before for the same condition- and he was concerned enough to call me a week later personally to see if I was alright. Dr. Bunn is caring, kind, honest, and very professional.

Every visit with Dr. Bunn and his staff has been pleasant and situations are explained to be understood easily.

I've been seeing Dr. Bunn since Dec.19,2018 when he performed surgery for me because of new diagnosis of cancer in my mouth. He is very knowledgeable and a caring person. He takes time to explain everything to the patient and to my family.He follows me closely and referred me to a wonderful oncologist/radiologist as it turned out I had radiation as well. His staff is also very helpful and keep things moving as smoothly as possible. They provide personal support as well. I was referred to other entities that are necessary in the treatment of this type of cancer. Everyone was caring and supportive.

I called the hospital on a Sunday to cancel surgery for my Son because he was diagnosed with pneumonia the evening before and spoke to a nurse at Sacred Heart and asked how to get in touch with Dr. Bunn and she said not to worry she would contact him. I received a call from Dr. Bunn’s Office to tell me he would not be rescheduling surgery for my Son because I did not call them directly on a Sunday. The woman was very short with me and did not want to listen. Very hurtful. The surgery went very well, Dr.Bunn was kind and kept me well informed.

Dr Bunn is amazing! He did two surgeries for me both to remove thyroid cancer. My scar is great , not a huge ear to ear scar, small and decent. Very good at what he does. Also the first time i came in when others refused biopsy due to a nodule having grown but being not the text book size for cancerous, dr bunn said if youre gonna lose sleep lets biopsy it! And it was in fact Cancer and he got it out of there. Dr Bunn is amazing! He did two surgeries for me both to remove thyroid cancer. My scar is great , not a huge ear to ear scar, small and decent. Dr. Bunn was my second opinion Dr and explained my condition and treatment options in great detail. He answered all my questions and concerns and made sure I understood the answers. I felt very confident that my surgery would be successful. It was and my recovery was a breeze!

Dr. Bunn is great!

I would not recommend Dr. Bunn after my experience. It was my experience that my child's health was not his priority.

I have been treated by Dr. Bunn after being treated for throat cancer. He has always listened to us when we have had concerns about treatments. My throat has tried to close up due to the scaring from the radiation treatments. Dr. Bunn has treated this condition on two occasions. Both he and the surgical team answered any and all questions that I had prior and after the procedure. I am very pleased to give Dr. Bunn a very positive review regarding patient care.

Dr Bunn was everything you want your physician to be. He was knowledgeable about my condition, compassionate and caring about my concerns and took the time to make sure I was confident and comfortable with the information I was given and the plan of care.
