This is the 1st time we saw Dr Blount. All of his staff was very sweet to my son. The dr himself was very friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate all of you and for how you treat your patients. I definitely recommend!

Dr. Blount failed on both of my epilepsy brain removal surgeries December 2008 and November 2009. It has deeply effected my life. He did not take all of the scar tissue that was needed in the first brain surgery removal to where I was still having seizures after it. We reported it to him and he suggested another surgery to get the last pinky sized spot of the brain to take the rest of the scar tissue. The second surgery should not of been performed at all.... When the skull goes back on the adhesion to the brain, it makes a 2nd surgery very very risky. It’s proven.. I had a PCA stroke after I woke up from the second surgery, and Dr. Blount never even told me about it. He said I lost my right peripheral vision and learning strategies all due to the brain removal. That he hit the visual cortex and it’s what made me lost it.... that was a lie. He also told me that my right peripheral vision could come back within 3 months.... it was another lie... It was all from the stroke due to the 2nd brain surgery removal. There should not of ever been a 2nd brain surgery from what I’ve heard from my new neurologist at UCSF, University Central San Fransisco. Dr. Blount never told me about the stroke I had. I found out thru my primary doctor in California. Money really does matter more in the medical field. Watch out for yourselves. Listen to your gut. Only go for who YOU can trust. Dr. Blount is a wonderful Dr. He is kind and caring and truly cares for his patients. He has helped my little boy Colton so much over the past few years.

Dr. Blount is the absolute best neurosurgeon you will find anywhere. He cares for his patients and goes the extra mile to make sure they receive the best treatment. He is one in a million .

He is the best doctor you could ever ask to become your doctor because he was mine from day 1 I was 4 when I started having seizures but 6 when he became my doctor. He is loyal, trustworthy, listens to what you're saying, a godly on fire for Jesus of a doctor and you can always count on dr Blount that he will do his absolutely best at giving advice and getting you the right help you need ????
