When you try and call the office and you follow the prompts it does not work. I have tried for almost 30 minutes and the recorded voice just keeps repeating itself. When in there the people at the front desk have no personality and can be very rude. I have been going there for about 6 months now and every time I go in they ask me why am I here. I was a patient of Dr. Jones. I will never go back, he thinks he is God. I asked what drug I was being given to put me out. His reply was “Are you a doctor?” No I am not, I just want to know what is being put into my body. Like the lady above, Dr. Jones said to me that he couldn’t understand people in pain. He said “I have never been in pain.” Like my condition is my fault and is something I deserve. Wow, wow, wow...! He is a horrible bedside doctor. No compassion but eager to take your money. If you are not a patient yet, take my advice DON’T!

Great Doctor, great staff

Dr. Jones and his staff are professionals. Accepted me as a patient, terrible work injury to my face. Great referrals to A+++quality therapeutics and treatments. I highly recommend.

I have experienced with 4 pain management Doctors by far Dr Jeff Jones stands above and beyond the rest of them with the amount of time he spends with you studying the issues discussing solutions long and short term Ramifications he has surrounded himself with and outstanding staff and the level of care I get is 1st class caring compassionate patient group I thank god I wonder who will take his place when he retires they need to clone him !!! I live in Hawaii and come see him he’s that Good !!! Mahalo

So far I think he is terrific. His staff is very pleasant. Oct 10, 2019 looking forward to his helping me through my recovering from the most painful physical episode that I have experienced.

Dr Jones is no longer do surgeries so if thats what you need find someone else. After being a paitent for 18 years i have to find another surgeon. This sucks

The day of my procedure. Jeff Jones started joking around with the nurses saying “I’ve never had pain in my life.Women complain too much.” The nurses had told the doctor that I was in tears. Jeff Jones replied “she will be fine. she can handle a few minutes of pain.“ I was in so much pain that day and the procedure never end up helping take away the existing pain. I called my Insurance and they had informed me that my dr.Jones had requested for numbing medication and was approved.

Horrible Billing Process. Be sure to get receipts and keep them for future reference - I keep receiving bills even though I have shown receipts and bank statements showing all is paid and it’s their mistake. Been going to Dr Jones for pain management for several months ,after several attempts at other pain doctors we got to see him. He has compassion and seem to sincerely care about my pain. You don’t find that too often in doctors anymore. Not a pill pusher but has several options for relief . Best choice doctors I’ve made in a while.

Dr. Jones is not at all compassionate...very full of himself

Doctor and staff lack professionalism in the handling of patient needs. Staff is and Dr. Are forgetful and non informative.

Dr.Heron is very considerate to a patient s needs.he always listens to get all the info first.His occipital blocks have been a lifesaver.i have severe nerve damage in my neck with herniated disks this is the only thing that lowers my constant headaches.i recommend anyone with constant migraines to GO see him today.

Dr Jeff Jones is by far the best, most considerate & compassionate doctor I've ever met. I've been seeing him for over 10 yrs now for low back & neck pain. He eventually implanted a Nuero stimulator in my back to control the pain. After 8 yrs of being on OxyContin this was a relief. For my neck he performed a RFA he went in & disrupted the nerve that pain signals are sent thru. I have a friend that his doctor did 3 neck surgeries & he's now permantly disabled. My pain score was a constant 8-10 & now it never goes above a 5. I'm able to live a pretty normal life due to Dr Jeff Jones. I won't ever go see another doctor for my pain. This Dr's office is impossible to get a hold of -had to finally write a letter to get the office to call. When they did call, no adequate reason was given for the delay. The service used for calls is supposed to send messages, but they never reached the office. Also, this Dr. did not explain what was going on well enough to understand that there were 2 more diagnostic appointments before the procedure - Thought the appt was for the procedure. Very upsetting.

I've been seeing Dr Jones for 2 years and am still in excruciating pain! I've been picked and poked for the last time as of today! It takes typically 1 or 2 months to get an appointment and it doesn't mean you'll be seeing the Dr. He's just a mad scientist, trying to figure things out is not his specialty!

I've been a patient for about 10 years. He is the most compassionate, caring & understanding Doctor I have ever met. I've had 2 back surgeries & Dr. Jones has taken care of my pain needs with narcatics. He did a procedure on my neck that was non evasive. He also implanted a Nuero stimulator in my back for pain. Every time I explained my concerns he took the time to listen & care. I feel blessed to have him as my doctor.

my spouse saw him in Jan. of this year and got the shot but only lasted 3 weeks! The last one was in March off 2015 and lasted 9 months so then he was overheard to give the single dose instead of the triple dose! Now my spouse has to wait another 3 months and Dr J please give the triple dose!

Dr. Jones is kind and compassionate. He has shown great patience with me and will take the time to answer all my questions. Also, as the seasons change he is willing to work with me. I don't have as much pain in the warm months. I let him know and we get both the number of meds down but the dosage too. When the colder days start he has NEVER let me suffer. He adjusts my meds again until we get it right. Much respect for him.
