The best dentist I have ever gone to. I have had quite a few procedures and all were good experiences! Highly recommend!

As a VA Patient I was referred to see Dr. Cullum from the Houston VA. For starters, terrible communication with this Dentist!!! The VA and myself tried repeatedly to reach somebody at the office with no luck. I and the VA left messages and never a call back. Finally after almost 3 weeks I got a call from the office to get me scheduled. However, the soonest they could see me was another month away. Keep in mind, I was having tooth pain and I needed to be seen urgently. Didn't matter this was the soonest they could see me. I'm disabled and no other options so I said OK. I accept the appointment and about 10 days later they call me back and said Dr Cullum is no longer seeing VA patients. So now I'm back to the VA to get care all along with tooth pain still. I can understand Dr Cullum being busy and not seeing VA patients etc. but the terrible communication from them to me and the VA has impacted my dental care. When I talked to the VA they said other Veterans in the area experienced the same situation with Dr. Cullum (poor communication). My son had went there and they did a fantastic job no complaints whatsoever.

Been a godsend for my father and all of his dental work. Took great care of me as well throughout high school.

We agreed on a price (250.00)and then i ended up paying 370.00... also I got a fact infection that gave me a rash that looked like acne that left scars. The told me I was allergic to latex.. I was the problem. DO NOT GO there if you have ANY other options!

Explained over the phone to the receptionist exactly what the issue was for my husband. He got there Dr. Cullum did not say more than 4 words to him about the issue. Never introduced herself (he was a new patient). Looked at him for a few seconds and told him she could not help him. They knew this going in they could not help him and would need to send him to an oral surgeon. She then recommended someone that probably was not in his network and almost 2 hours away.
