DO NOT TRUST YOUR CARE TO DR BUTTON. YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED. WORST MEDICAL CARE WE’VE EVER HAD. Getting RX refills is a constant problem. Was promised a couple months ago but here we are again. The patient (my mom) has been without pain meds for a week. Me, patient and CVS have all called to get TC refilled. No response. Was told today message was sent to Dr Button. Left another message at 8am today. By 3pm no response and no RX. Website says they respond in 24 hours. That’s s joke! The voicemail currently says “due the large volume of calls” that it will take 3 days to return your call. This is totally unacceptable for a medical office that deals with pain management. Oh, and it’s been over 3 days and we haven’t gotten a call. The website also states that they are “compassionate” - how can that be true when they have a patient almost incapacitated by her pain? That has had to be taken by ambulance ($350) to the ER because the pain is so bad?

Was referred to this specialist by a neurosurgeon for nerve testing and physical therapy. She did her assessment (two stars), I was was sent away with testing for arthritis and “nothing more can be done here” (no star)

Understands exactly the treatment plan for my injuries.

I had a consultation appointment with Dr. Button and found her very informative and helpful. She was considerate and listened to my concerns. I would recommend her to others.

Not good, a pencil pusher. Very difficult working with the office. Bad communication skills.

My son received care at RIO which is under the direction of Dr. Button. Therapy staff were good in improving my son’s strength. I asked to speak with Dr. Button via nursing staff three times on different days during his stay and never heard from her. On discharge day I called her office stating I really need to speak with her. The staff person stated she would forward my request and stated hopefully she will get back to me. I NEVER heard from her! Total disconnect in informing/support of family

Never in a rush. Great listener and comes up with good plans and options. Highly recommend, and I'm picky.

Dr. Button performed an epidural on my back. She was conscientious and professional - explaining her process as she performed the procedure. Her assistants were kind and funny keeping the experience light and, dare I say, somewhat enjoyable

This doctor was able to figure out what medical test I needed when other doctor's had know clue what was going on. I will be having surgery to repair a labral tear in my hip do to a car accident eight month's ago.
