Dr. Jeanne Dustin Bernard

She is the only doctor I’ve ever felt the truly cared. She always made sure that I got exactly the care I needed were other doctors of let me down.

Saw her for low testosterone. She was great and heard all my concerns. She is also there for my other health concerns as well. Her staff has been helpful too.

An employee from this office called the cops on my mother while she was loading up her car in the parking lot after visiting my neighboring residence. The employee claimed she believed my mother to be living in her car (which she was not and there was no evidence to say otherwise). The lady made no effort to converse with my mother before calling law enforcement. Not only is this extremely rude but it is quite dangerous considering the current political climate regarding police. She made no effort to apologize after harassing my mother and having police question her as well as enter my home. Would not want to work with such unprofessional, rude, and ignorant staff.

One of the best endocrinologists I've worked with in the 55 years I've had type 1 diabetes. Great communicator. Compassionate. Knowledgeable. Not an 'i know better than you' egomaniac. Makes sure patients understand. Helped me achieve my health goals.

Shes the best doctor ive had in years. The endocrine field is full od inept doctors and treatment but shes on top of it.

Never follows up with questions, you have to call everyday of the week to get an answer because its not important to her. Takes two to three weeks to get your blood test results thats even when calling everyday because your not important. Gave me the wrong dose of medication then has to fix it so not trustworthy. All around wouldn't suggest to anyone!

Never has time to talk, never calls back. I had been trying to get my insulin for a week. She had conflicting info compared to the pharmacy, she said insurance wouldn't cover Humalog, the pharmacy said the insurance wouldn't cover novalog. She should know I was taken off of humalog. And she couldn't give me any more info, said she would get back to me. The staff knew I was out of insulin had been trying to get it for a week, and her staff was annoye at me for calling back!

She is by far the best doctor I have ever dealt with. I have many medical issues and she makes it all bearable and gives me a light at the end of the tunnel for feeling better.

Dr.Dustin Bernard and her staff are always responsive to patients needs and I highly recommend this practice. Her experience and expedient diagnosis and treatment are to be commended. Dr. Bernard is well versed in all areas of medicine, and her ability to treat with care her patients is appreciated

Dr. Bernard is absolutely wonderful! She takes time to listen, when other doctors won't and helps to solve problems! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great doctor! She is reasonable, honest, thoughtful, and will work with you for the best care possible available!
