I went to this office to have pre-cancerous lesions frozen based upon the suggestion of my previous dermatologist. I asked for a quote before we got started and the dermatologist said, "$10 per lesion..." I had 9 so $90 which sounded fair to me. I had them all frozen (terrible outcome, I'm scarred for life) and paid $90. About one month later, I received a bill for $176. I called the billing department and they told me it was for the office visit to remove skin tags. I told them that there must be some mistake, I already paid my bill. I told my aesthetician and she said, "it's possibly a double billing..let's check." No explanation, they sent the billing again. They also DEMAND a credit card when you check-in, so that if you ever miss your appointment, they'll bill you the full charge regardless of the circumstances. Warm and fuzzy...eh?! My advice, RUN! Do not even bother with these folks.

I am a patient of Dr. Urquhart, and I find her services to be excellent and thorough, with a competent staff in a nice office environment. I would not hesitate to recommend her (it was a favorable recommendation that prompted me to become a patient a couple years ago).

She is caring and explains everything to her patients. She is precise and knowledgeable....would refer anyone to Dr. Urquart.

Dr. Urquhart is like most physicians, in that she does not allow adequate time for each patient to be seen. And, the strategy of scheduling an early appointment to be seen more readily does not work because she arrives late to work often which creates a ripple effect for all subsequent patients that day. She consistently reschedules patients who have long standing appointments due to personal issues. For excisional biopsies she creates a longer than needed incision line leaving large scars.

Wonderful experience from first phone call to schedule to meeting staff and Dr. Urquhart. Knowledgeable, professional, personal touch. Thank you for continued great service and care.
