This is not the right doctor for my elderly mother who needs help controlling her diabetes. She spent 10 minutes of that talking to me not my mother. I stopped seeing this doctor over 2 years ago - she was unprofessional, yelled for me, called me hormonal and hysterical, made assumptions and went into prejudice based on my state, and ridiculed me about my concern with my health history. She truly cares about her patients.

Terrible doctor. Does not know who her patients are. Her office is currently not accepting calls. Phone always sounds disconnected. My mom is her patient and had a zoom appt. never asked her how she was doing or what she needed. Appointment lasted about 5 min. My mom needs medicine refills and referrals and this doctor has done nothing. I’ve been calling and leaving messages every week. She’s putting my moms health at risk . Terrible doctor. I met Doctor Dhali 3 years ago when I was trying to survive a pregnancy. My baby and I made it, we both are here happy and healthy; she was part of that miracle. Very attentive, careful and knowledgeable doctor, one of the best I´ve ever had.

I’m absolutely disappointed! She changed everything about my therapy and I got worse. She did not listen to me, never stay more than 5 min and ask for appointments with her every 2 weeks. But didn’t do anything during the visits. Did not understand my concerns and did not try to help me. She follow whatever she follow to be on the safe side but didn’t care about how much stress she put on me. For two months she made my life a hell! I hate to speak of her like this, she really is a nice lady but my appointment with her was fruitless and a waste of my time. She's refused to run a full thyroid panel although I was already diagnosed with thyroid disease. She refused to run blood work for antibodies that has already came back positive. Despite the fact my blood work has came back positive for Grave's 3 times I have yet to be diagnosed. She refused to do an ultrasound for my thyroid because she "can't even palpate it". All in all, I feel like my symptoms were dismissed, I felt discriminated against me for my age because she kept mentioning "how young I am"... Autoimmune disease often affects young people too. Awesome doctor, very knowledgeable and caring, highly recoomended specialist

She is so kind and really listens to you. Got to the bottom of my graves and hashimotos. Love her.

I have found Doctor Dhali to be professional, polite, tactful, and generally very patient. She listens to my concerns and questions, which has not always been my experience with others in her profession. I would recommend her without hesitation.

PROS: Trustworthy, explains conditions well, answers questions, time well spent, personable, thorough, knowledgeable. CONS: Sometimes long wait times upon arrival (the downside to this wonderful doctor's thoroughness). Plan accordingly.

Hmmmm my appt was cancelled because “The doctor couldn’t make it in that day.” Okay. No apology nothing. Just a surly young lady named Joanne who doesn’t care about the patients enough to apologize. No apology from the Dr either. I’ve been waiting 3 months to see the Dr. No biggie. I’ll take myself somewhere else for care.
