Dr. Vado used to be amazing, caring and attentive... until recently. She went on an extended vacation, then when she came back she seemed mentally clocked out. It's impossible to get her to reply to messages. And the worst part? She started treating me like a junkie because I took the pain medication that she prescribed me as prescribed. I can only assume that her recent change in overall professionalism is due to the pandemic, considering so many doctors and their staff are simply burnt out. However, when it's to the point that you, the doctor, are negatively impacting my heath... Well.. I guess I'll start seeing someone else. Knowledgeable, personable, friendly supportive professional staff, great support and guidance.

Friendly helpful staff. Dr. Vado is great and actually listens..to her patients.

The staff is amazing . Dr Vado is the best one I’ve come across. Mainly because she pays attention to detail. I remember inhaling or hiccuping one time and she said “huh? What did you say?” (literal story) it seems small but going from feeling ignored about things to feeling like there’s a Doctor that pays attention... that’s awesome. So if she feels my symptoms are nothing to worry about then I can relax because when she feels my symptoms are more serious she gets labs and extra work done as soon as she has time to schedule them. Caring, understanding, knowledgeable, and above all listens and actually hears concerns!

Dr. Vado is a very knowledgeable doctor who takes time to listen to your concerns, offer helpful advice, and responds quickly to follow-up messages. She truly cares.

She is kind, knowledgable and truly cares about her patients. I call her Dr Good Dr!! She found my pancreatic cancer so early it had not spread!! She saved my life and always takes the time to explain things so I can understand! I can’t say enough about Dr Vado and her devotion to her patients. She also has the best office girls, Laura and Carmen!
