Doctors are doing good diagnosis and proscribed good medication. With the good behavior. Staff is also treating good.

Today I was seen as a new patient. This occurrence is rare on very short notice especially after a holiday. I had a allergic reaction to something 2 days prior and I refused to go to an urgent care or the ER to be overcharged. Considering that most offices were closed in observance of Christmas or were open and didn't have room for new patients, Dr. Jayesh Patel worked me in. He and his staff were really kind. The doctor took his time to address my treatment needs and listened to my concern. His bedside manners are top notch! He's my new PCP for sure! Today I was seen as a new patient. Office Staff is very courteous and helpful. Dr Jayesh Patel is always friendly also accommodating to our families needs. Telehealth appointments are very convenient.

You can never get anyone on the phone when trying to call and when you leave a message, good luck on getting a return call. I never received one. Glad I will not be going back here.

No I wouldn't recommend Dr. Patel to family, friends or acquaintances. It is next to impossible to get someone in his office to answer the telephones, and they rarely call you back, when you have a need or question about your healthcare or problems getting a prescription filled. If you need preapproval from your insurance company for a prescription your really in trouble because Dr. Patel and his office are not helpful at all.

I'm seeing all of these positive reviews about this doctor which I find very hard to believe because of the way he treats my father he doesn't pay him no attention he doesn't answer my father's questions he always subscribing medication that has no bearing on my father's conditions he won't help my father get home care help even though my father's 80 years old and lives alone.

Dr. Patel was professional and gave me more information on my conditions and the right treatment than any of the other doctors i have seen over the last decade. Some didn't explain the extent of my conditions and some had me eating the wrong fruits like watermelon. Dr. Patel took time to explain and help me stablize my condition. Finally, after after even starving did not allow me to lose weight i have lost close to 30 pounds eating the right things.

Dr. Patel is wonderful and gives of his time and knowlege so well and is very patient with his patients!! The staff for Patel are great!!

Great doctor, excellent staff, clean office, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!! They always go above & beyond for their patients. Same day walk-ins.. great work guys. Keep it up!

Dr Patel and his staff are friendly people with a servants heart. They listen intently and are not alarmist, which is important as we age. I would highly recommend them

This is the best doctors office in middle Georgia! The way they care about their patients is unbelievable!!! Dr. Patel and Kristin are the best! I had been trying to get in with my previous physician for months and was unable to. I called Dr. Patel as a new patient, they saw me that day! He and his staff are so caring and professional!

I absolutely love this doctor and staff. If you have been to many doctors, and can't get the answers to your health issues. Drop everything you have and visit this Dr. Dr. Patel specialize in geriatrics care, and family care. One doctor packaged in one, who need to go anywhere else for a PCP. Though I have heard Dr. Patel is a great doctor, my patient was unable to meet him due to the office staff. They lack empathy, customer service and communication. I encourage you to get a lot of help in these categories quickly, because it brings the moral of this facility down.

Dr. Patel is so good with caring about my health. I fell and sprained my back and couldn't have pain medicine and nothing I took over the counter worked then he prescribed Diclofenac Sodium topical gel to rub on my back. It was so awesome to finally have relief from pain. It works for about 5 hours. Thanks Dr. Patel!

Dr. Patel is an amazing doctor! Very educated, thorough, and cares about his patients!! The wait is never long, the staff is incredible and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!
