He has the best bedside manner. He shows genuine care and concern. He made sure I understood everything clearly and went as far as explaining in detail through each step of the non-invasive procedure. He has a calming presence but also a great sense of humor. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone. First impressions go a long way!
He left me waiting for over 2 hours and went on lunch without seeing me. Never even saw him. Glad I didn’t because he was very rude & unprofessional at the first appt and I was just desperate
He did a good diagnosis for my sleep apnea problem but wait time is more than 1 hour to 1.5 hours. Also, they overcharged me for a office visit with surgery,

Dr. Luft successfully performed sinus surgery on me. Prior to surgery he explained why surgery was needed and what was going to be done to resolve my health issues. No question asked by my husband or me was considered unimportant. At the post surgery appointment Dr. Luft explained what had been done during surgery using visuals. Post surgery my pain was minimal and no pain killers were required. Dr. Luft's outstanding ability is only surpassed by his kindness and understanding.
