I like Dr. Vilasuso. He has great bedside manners, and is very empathetic. However, It is very difficult to speak to a live person on the phone. Sometimes I spend hours waiting on the phone, just to make an appointment or reach someone in the billing department.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the newest streamline, manegement, teamwork,, efficient & professional services. The staff are still friendly with patients now have time to answer quick questions, take payment and still smile & laugh. Going to pain management is no longer a long dreaded day of waiting.. I have had several appts and nothing, patients are seen faster. Phones lines are answered timely and actually we get transferred to the CORRECT department! Dr. V. Is the best pain doctor I have ever experienced. He uses various treatments and sticks with them as long as nothing more serious is needed.

Good Evening, I've spoken with Dr.Vilasuso via Telephone since Corvid 19 guidelines were put in place , I've had know problems, he phones me when he says he will, I get my meds on schedule and when I have to go to the office for test , mask are worn by staff and myself, temperature is taken downstairs, social distancing in office.....I THANK THE STAFF FOR PROTECTING THE PATIENTS during these difficult times....See u soon ....????????. Dr Valasuso really cares about his patients. I never leave the office without my concerns being met. It's a long wait but its worth it.

I have been going to Anesthesia Pain Care Assoc. for about 10 years. I had so much pain in my lower back and hip when I first saw Dr Ira Fox. He was so knowledgeable when it came to chronic pain. He was my doctor for years. Dr Fox has been a teacher to other doctors specializing in pain management. Any doctor who has come into his practice has to be top notch. Dr Villauso came to the practice and he became my pain doctor. I have never been happier with a doctor. Dr V truly wants to help his patients. He just doesn't want to write a script for pain meds. He wants to do procedures that will help you. I was so happy that I finally agreed to having a pain simulator implanted. It was like a miracle. It took away at least 45 percent of my pain. I could not be happier. If you are looking for a doctor who is knowledgeable, compassionate and easy to talk to Dr V is the man. Dr V changed my life. I’m very pleased with Dr Vilasuso. He does his best to make sure that my medication is alleviating all my pain issues. The only complaint I have is that he’ll put a date on my scripts when I can refill and most of the time it’s the day before I run out of medication. I don’t like to cut things that close in the event I can’t make it to the pharmacy on the next day with my last dose, or on some occasions the medication needs to be ordered. My insurance company will fill my scripts 2-3 days in advance of running out of medication. The office staff is very helpful and I’m very pleased to be working with Dr Vilasuso to control my pain because he really seems to care. I’m very pleased with Dr Vilasuso. He does his best to make sure that my medication is alleviating all my pain issues. Dr V is an outstanding physician. He has a well rounded and well grounded view on long term pain management. You won’t find a better Doctor in any medical discipline.

I arrived at Dr. Villasuso’s office in 2016 after having been to many doctors and they all told me that they could not do anything for me, my Dr. V. told me that he was going to help me and that is how it has been from the first day , he with all his knowledge has been my salvation, he has helped me to have a normal life within my limitations. I have been seeing Dr Vilasuso now for many years. He is always open and honest and very easy to speak to. I have never had an issue with his office. The staff is very nice and considerate. I would highly recommend this office if your considering pain management. Dr V is the best!

I feel I have a great patient and doctor relationship with Dr. Vilasuso. He cares for his patients , he listens, and when I get my lower back injections he goes right to where the pain is. My former doctor would do the injections without sedation and those needles hurt. I screamed every time that he did my injections. Then I was referred to Dr. V. I thought he was gonna do the same thing, do the injections without sedation but nope he sedated me and I didn’t feel those long needs in my back.. I’m happy he is my pain Magmt and I’ll never change him. I suffer from but an arthritic spinal cord, pinched nerves after the injections I’m good and I’m able to do alittle house chores Im able to mop my floors amongst other things. Dr. V. Is the greatest pain management doctor I have ever had. After 19 years of pain in my mouth, he diagnosed the problem in about 15 minutes. Besides ordering medication, he performed he procedure which cut my pain immediately. If you have any kind of pain, call Anesthesia Pain immediately and ask for an appointment with Dr. V

Although it can be tough to reach Dr Vilasuso since COVID, you will be well cared for and given sufficient time. I trust Dr Vilasuso totally. He is nice and gentle tempered.

Very good. Everyone was courteous & helpful. The woman at the desk taking temps was very nice. It would be helpful to move chairs closer the the temp desk for those who have difficulty standing.

The doctor and his staff are not very good.Impossible to have a short talk with Doctor,refuses to take phone calls,and lost all compassion for seniors- find another doctor.The receptionists are rude and should be replaced which seems to happen a lot.

I had a neuro modulator permanently implanted and the pain relief is 95 to 100 percent. This is life changing. I thank Dr Vilasuso for his expertise and skill. Dr Vilasuso has my highest recommendation.

I simply don't recommend this Dr. He's taking more patients than he can humanly handle. My husband had an appointment for 10:00 A.M. today but, by 11:45,we were still waiting in the examining room. We had to leave and ask for the co-pay to be refunded to our credit card. His facilities are not what you would expect ;it is depressing, too many patients and few sitting spaces; dogs (any kind) are allowed in the facilities; personnel not too pleasant.

Dr. V is the best pain doctor I ever had. On my first visit I knew he was a GREAT DOCTOR WHO CARED ABOUT HIS PATIENTS. I had back and leg pain for over 15 yrs. Seeing him help a great deal. He was always caring and helpful.
