I find it very interesting that you won’t call me to discuss, but will debate this on a public forum! If you know who my uncle is, then you would know that the nurses contacted me to say that you feel he needs additional care outside of the facility he is in! I don’t want to be hostile and disrespectful, but we are talking about a human being’s life and care in his final stages of life. Where is your compassion and humility?! I can't believe what I just experienced! I am the POA (health and finance) of my Uncle who is in a nursing home. I wanted an update on my Uncle's health situation, so I contacted the doctor that services his nursing home. I was told, "the doctor does not take phone calls". If I want to review my Uncle's current health condition, I need to make an appointment and bring my Uncle with. My Uncle is combative, and it's not a good idea to remove him from his environment. They said my second option is to meet the Dr. at the nursing home when he does his next set of rounds. Of course, my first questions was, "when will he be doing rounds?" the response was, "I don't know". Even if I had a date, the nursing home is still not letting visitors in. What am I suppose to do?! Is this normal practice for a doctor not to make phone calls? I explained the situation to the person I was speaking to, and she continued to say, "the doctor does not take phone calls". It’s a nice comfortable place. They made me feel at home when I visited. They kept cleaning chairs and doors often. In my 1st visit I can say Dr. Flores made me feel like I was speaking to a friend. I never meet a Doctor that explained things so well, I finally felt like I understood my illness. Thank you doc.

Do NOT visit this doctor for general medicine. Terrible bedside manner and practices defensive medicine. A doctor should never mention cancer without proper information. His recommendations were not only incorrect, but discredited by my insurance and multiple doctors that I visited after my appointment.

This is a cash only establishment apparently. I was trying to pay off my bill which states to contact them to pay with card, but they only accept cash. There was no notice of this when I went for my visit, so it came as a surprise. This doctor listens to his patients and gets to the heart of the problem. I recently brought my elderly mother to Dr. Flores, she had a bad fall which cause her some problems with her legs.
