Dr. Chinen was recommend by our pediatrician. He was dismissive. Lacked effective communication. No follow-up or next steps. He was certainly not interested in the health of our toddler. Would not recommend.

my daughter has seen him for 2 or 3 years. He is amazing. My daughter loves going to him because he has an excellent disposition with children. Really what kid loves to go get a weekly shot at 3 yrs old? Stephanie and the whole staff at the woodlands location is fantastic. Not 1 complaint ever.
Dr. Chinen was very disorganized and many problems came about with billing and scheduling with him. In order to get a shot you had to make an appointment. His schedule would only allow one day a week and only until 3pm, which hardly works for children that are in school needing a shot twice a week. The real problem came when he "thought" he had enough antigen for the next shot and did not which sent us back 9 weeks of 2 shots a week. Save your time and don't go here. There are many other choice
