My experience was awful. 1st visit he was rude. Asking me questions and not letting me finish. He had me so overwhelmed and upset after that appt. I was in tears. He said he wanted to do an ultrasound on my legs. Did ultasound and was told that I had venous reflux but he wasn't going to do anything because i have a prexisting condition. Really! I truly rarely leave reviews but this experience was so awful. Dr. Alfonso was very rude the entire consultation. He would ask me a question and interrupt me to ask another question. This continued the entire consultation. He was dismissive of my concerns and downplayed my symptoms and medical history. I left in tears feeling very affronted. The first consultation resulted in nothing and was a huge waste of money and time. I will not be going back and highly suggest you go to someone else. I wish I had read Negative reviews before I returned to this Dr. Please read reviews so you don't end up with a terrible infection as I did. He never acknoledged the infection and almost a year later I'm still suffering from his negligence.He explains nothing.BEWARE!!

The worst mistake I have ever made is seeing this doctor. No communication whatsoever.I got an infection on the procedure(left leg) that was done in April 2021, he continued to do 2 more procedures on my right leg by then it is August2021.I complained about the infection I had on the right leg that never healed, he said it was fine.Also complained to the person that does the sonogram every time he does a procedure.No help there either.Fast foward to Feb2022 the infection was diagnosed as a very rare infection after swabbing the wound and sending it in. Shame on this doctor and his revolving staff.The only one I was able to get any helpful info. from was Norma in billing.

Super upset at this clinic!!!!!!! I hope Doctor Alonso gets to read this !!! Bunch of incompetent staff.. doctor was wonderful and assisting nurses !!! Too many mistakes due to staff!!! First they sent authorization for wrong treatment which caused major irritation and allergic reaction to my legs ! Then they took forever to send out correct paperwork to my insurance! Stating I had not liked venaseal ! Which was a lie they requested the wrong treatment and sent lies to my insurance! I lost all my October appointments thanks to their mistakes !! And now after I finish my treatment and NP TELLING THE scheduling person exactly what I needed they still set me up for the wrong ultrasound which now pushes me over to next year it being there’s a 4 week span for insurance to approve next step !!! Then, today I tell the ultrasound technician exactly what I was there for and she said that’s what my insurance needed for next step!! I repeated o needed to get the injections next and that’s why they were requesting this ultrasound!! Then nurse practitioner comes oh that was the wrong ultrasound we need to reschedule you again!! Seriously ???? so upsetting!!! Absolutely dissatisfied with this office !! Feeling sad thanks to this office!!! Super upset at this clinic!!!!!!! I hope Doctor Alonso gets to read this !!! I had 4 vein closures for incompetent backflow causing swelling in my lower legs. Procedure seems to have worked well after 6 months . Highly recommend Dr. Alonzo.

Dr. Alonzo did a great job on my varicose veins. The problem was when I went in to treat my spider veins, his staff did a horrible job. I have bruises left where they injected me and said I had to go for 6 more treatment. i per leg every 2 weeks. I knew that my insurance would pay for both legs.

I had a dead main vein in my leg, caused by blood clots, caused by cancer. Once I survived cancer, I wanted to fix the swelling in my leg and Dr. Alonso said he could bypass the dead vein and fix the swelling. He not only didn't fix the vein, he cut into my lymphatic system so I now have double the swelling for life because there's no cure for Lymphadema. I later went to specialists in Houston who told me he never should have performed this obsolete surgery- no chance it would ever have worked.
