Absolutely the best experience. I went in without an appointment and was seen within a very short time period. The guy at the front desk was very helpful in gettin me in quickly. Dr Robertson was equally quick in getting to me and giving me a diagnosis. Highly recommend this place

Dr Robertson is treating my knees. He is very understanding and tender. He is always attentive to my needs and concerns. He is a great listener and always checks up on me to see how I’m doing.

Got seen pretty fast doctor was kinda quick to spring my results he found. But listen to what I had to say also

I was taken back very quickly. Had x-rays then I waited for the Dr forever. Once he got in there he was very pleasant went over my x-rays talked about what my options were then I chose them. Decided on injection and bone scan. I feel alot better today.

Excellent service! Didn’t have to wait long at all in the Waiting Area nor in the Exam Room. Dr. Robertson was clear at explaining the problems that I have with my foot and knee and he gave me exercises to do to alleviate the pain.

Nicely setup, as a new patient I was greeted and immediately checked in. I like the check in process on the portal. Didn’t wait long in the lobby before being called back. The nurse doing my intake was attentive and professional as well as nice. Dr Robertson was also amazing in that he took time to LISTEN to me, a very refreshing characteristic that is missing in a lot of Drs today, I would highly recommend this facility and Dr to others

I’m pleased to join the list of five star reviews for Jason Robertson, MD. Last week I was seen within 24 hrs., at Center for Sports Med. & Orthopedics, after experiencing increasing pain in my right hip while walking. With the help of trained staff and X-rays, Dr. Robertson assessed my pain as inflammation of the right hip bursa (Bursitis). I accepted all suggested forms of treatment that would alleviate the pain. Dr. Robertson administered a cortisone shot and prescribed a topical arthritis gel, to be followed by physical therapy after a period of down time. Now, four days in, I am completely pain free and seem to have regained an energy level I haven’t experienced in a long time. Thank you, Dr. Robertson & Sports Med. Staff, for great expertise offered within a caring & friendly environment. -JM

Very pleased and grateful for the time, attention and care Dr.Robertson provided to my son. My son often speaks highly of his great bedside manor and his knowledge of his area of expertise. He’s very professional and cares greatly about his patients. He’s compassionate and a man of God and it shows without being said.

My several year experience with Dr. Robertson has been the most positive kind. His Christian character and clinical expertise is unsurpassed. The Professional athletic community holds him in high regard yet he treats every patient equally as important as the "stars."

Dr. Robertson and his staff are amazing. They are especially incredible if you have to bring your child in for an injury. We came super last minute after a sports injury at camp and his staff got us back so fast and with a smile of their face! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Great care provided at this facility!! I fell down a flight of stairs while visiting UTC With my child. I was able to walk in around 245 and be on my way by 4 o’clock. The fastest care I have received in my 50 years. Great staff, quick X-rays, and fantastic personal care by this physician.Though I’m not from the Chattanooga area, I would recommend this clinic and physician for any orthopedic needs. Always has been a positive experience with staff and Dr. Robertson. I did make an appointment which took a few weeks but I did not have an emergency. Did not feel rushed and doctor & staff listened to my concerns. I had a 9am appointment and I was seen on time. Was satisfied with diagnosis & prescribed treatment. Dr. Robertson is the most professional, kind, caring and knowledgeable Orthopedic Doctor anyone could have. He treated our daughter for some sports injuries when she was High School and just recently helped me with some very painful knee problems. Dr Robertson is great at explaining the treatment suggestions. Does not make you feel quilty for wanting to think about a treatment option. Great at explaining what he sees or thinks is the issue. Very personable. Staff is very efficient and friendly.

Dr. Robertson is always so compassionate. He a great listener and discusses options in a way that helps you to make informed choices. My symptoms were dismissed by another doctor, but Dr. Robertson took the time look at what was going on and help my to get back to the activities I love.

Quickly diagnosed my leg injury and provided an action plan for recovery. He took the time to answer my questions and was sincerely interested in guiding my recovery.

They have the nicest and most professional staff. Wonderfully kind and polite, it was our first visit and it was amazing.

I’m new in town, and been suffering from a very sore ankle for 3 weeks. I was able walk in to the clinic, be seen, x-rayed and diagnosed very quick. Dr. Robertson made me feel at ease and I feel better about coming back for my follow up appointment.

Dr. Robertson prescribes procedures, medications, and therapy with a clear rationale and gives practical advice on how to cope with the infirmity while healing. He is on time and efficient. He is attentive to your needs.

My experience was great, everyone was friendly and helpful. My visit was a walk in situation and was seen with in twenty minutes after arrival. All the technicians and nurses were very prompt. Dr. Robertson was in my room within five minutes of my return from x-ray. Dr Robertson listened to me and explained everything to my satisfaction. If you need an orthopedic doctor I highly recommend checking this practice out. My experience was great, everyone was friendly and helpful.
