Honestly would drive 10 hours to see another doctor. Just because you’re the only doctor in Lafayette doesn’t mean your staff should be rude and dismissive. People are obviously referred to you because they have a sick child and they’re worried about them. Tell your staff to have a little bit more compassion.

Staff is kind, easy scheduling appointments. Dr Flint is the best. She has and still is my daughter doctor and always goes above and beyond to make sure her diabetes is stable. Will answer all of my questions. Her office is clean and she see patients fast.

Dr Flint and her staff are always amazing with my daughter. They go above and beyond helping me with her meds/insurance issues and if something goes wrong, calling back after hours. I, however, do NOT like how things are run in the main office since Lourdes took over. Terrible.

My PCM recommended us to see an endocrinologist to have an specialist look into my daughter’s thyroid abnormal lab results. I am very disappointed with Dr. Flint and I definitely would not recommend her practice. After two months waiting for an appointment, copay of USD120.00 and a ten minute visit, all we got from her nurse was: Dr. Flint doesn’t know why could have possibly caused the abnormal lab work. Check with her PCM (the same one who sent us to her!) I definitely expected her to at least use her experience to provide a more thoughtful, professional insight. She was highly recommended, so the only explanation for her actions is that she doesn’t care. I was running a little behind and called the office to let them know. Was told they would wait 15 minutes which was fine. I could have made it but then got stuck in traffic because someone had broken down in the middle of the road. By the time I actually arrived it was just after the 15 minutes was up. Was then told I had to wait for the nurse to get off the phone to see if my child could be seen. They were informed that I had driven nearly 2 1/2 hours to get there. By the time the nurse got off the phone it was nearly 30 minutes after my son's appointment time and I was told I would have to reschedule. I understand their time is valuable but so is mine. My son has seen her since infancy and she is always so patient. She answers all our questions and makes sure that we understand everything. She is very knowledgeable.

Dr. Flint gets an A in my book. After a sudden and scary E.R. visit and discovering my 14 yr old son was diagnosed with Diabetes (type 1), Dr.Flint became his Dr and she has been very thorough and efficient. And always makes room for an appointment ????

This "doctor" refused to send my son's rx "meds" because as her nurses kindly said "she will not be sending off any meds when she is doing clinics". She had a day and a half to send the meds to Walgreens. She didn't send them off till it was almost 5. Of course that's the time she closes. Now my son can NOT be discharged from the hospital that he has been in for over a month because this so called "doctor" refused to do her God Damn job. Well let me tell you it what I will not be stopping with just this. Do not use this so called "doctor". Trust me. Amazing doctor! She really takes her time with her patients and she is so good with kids! She also took the time to answer all of my questions and provide answers that were understandable. She is a blessing for sure!

To long of a wait until the appointment

My child pediatrician called this doc office about a referral and faxed over the required paperwork and a week went by and I didn't recieve a call back for an appt date. I called the office and they said they never received the paperwork. So I called the pediatrician Dr Budi Sugeng office and the nurse said she faxed the paperwork. Then I called this office and they said oh im sorry the doc has the paperwork on her desk. Another week went by just for me to find out that she denied the request to see my child. Now I am back to draw one. The games they play with people lives. Highly recommends Dr.Flint see is awesome she explains everything to not only me the mother of my 17 year old she explain everything to her also.She also ask questions give us a chance to ask anything we didn't understand she sat and listen she wasn't in a rush or anything like most drs. Staff at this office is very friendly!

Dr flint was sent a referral regarding my son and she responded by saying my son was over weight and that was what his thyroid problem was. His thyroid levels are 6.155 and he was once on medicine for it. We thought seeing a endo would be a help and she was not. I am disappointed and feel she was very unprofessional!
