Dr. Fox repeatedly took inaccurate notes during my virtual visits and she was aware that I did not have insurance to cover any charges from her office. Upon requesting I get "routine blood tests" I attempted to get these test requests sent to Quest Diagnostics, which I knew was covered by insurance...the office manager told me that "Quest will mess up your labs and you'll have to get tested twice"...this has left me with a $3300 bill for fewer than 12 otherwise routine blood tests (tests any primary care would order for a routine physical. Also, they have been informed that I am to get an "in network discount" per my insurance and they insist I pay the full balance, which violates the contract they have with my insurance provider. Considering this office treats women for infertility I was shocked at the lack of bedside manner and maybe it is something that Dr. Fox and her staff need a refresher on! Do not got to her for any medical needs!!

Dr. Fox is wonderful!!! She explained everything, before and after the procedure.

doctor fox is the best doctor I've ever seen. she's energetic, patient and professional. I trust her with all of my heart.

cancelled or rescheduled every appointment often without warning, even though the timing was essential to the fertility treatments. Talks over patients. Does not listen well

We are in the first cycle of IVF treatment with Dr. Fox and so far we have been happy with the time and attention we have received. Dr. Fox takes her time to explain results , what our options are and answer our questions. We never feel rushed. The rest of the office staff from check in, labs and ultrasound have all been very nice. The only negative is she can have long wait times. But since she takes her time with you I can see how this can happen. The wait time is posted and they do apologize.

Every time we see her, we received bad news. The BWH is not what we expected. The hospital made mistakes on costs, they charged big $$ and not tell you upfront about the cost. The results are bad and seems they are not doing their job at best. Bad experiences from begin to the end. Dr. fox gave all the excuses to avoid their mistakes, etc. We will not going to see her and Brigham &Women hospital again!!! I would not recommend this doctor or this hospital....

Dr. Fox was fantastic. I saw her after 2 miscarriages and she was very thorough in all of the tests and diagnostics that were done. She found a rare condition and with the correct medical treatment, I am on my way to a healthy pregnancy. Dr. Fox took the time to listen to our concerns and was able to calm many of our fears. I would highly recommend seeing Dr. Fox!!!
