I have been a patient of Dr Warner for many years and have been satisfied, however, due to her attitude during my last 2 visits, I have left and found another doctor. Unfortunately she has allowed her personal opinions and viewpoints to cause her professionalism to spiral downward. Her political and social views were so evident in my last visit that she was aggressive and angry. I was uncomfortable and have never witnessed a doctor act like that. I didn’t feel like I got the examination that I paid for and I couldn’t wait to get out of there.

Terrible. To complete a full body scan in less than 1 and a half minutes is stealing from the insurance companies. She makes you hold your breathe to look at your facial skin 6 feet away. I will have to turn around and go to another Dermotologist to receive the necessary treatment.

I have seen Patrick for over 14 years . Patrick has always shown CARE and concern with all my medical needs. Patrick is a professional in the work he does . I would recommend him to all .

Dr Warner spent all of 2 minutes looking at my skin for a screening. Every time I asked her about age specific skin concerns, she told me that her anesthetist would discuss treatments with me. The anesthetist spent plenty of time with me after Dr Warner left the room trying to upsell me on expensive skin care products and out of pocket treatments. I will look further.

Went in for an annual body check and had to wear mask during exam Dr. Warner asked me to remove my mask and hold my breath while she stood six feet away and looked quickly at my face The exam was finished in 5 minutes. I inquired about red light treatment and laser for rosacea and she said the office was not doing certain procedures on unvaccinated patients as it was too risky. I felt as though my service was compromised by political correctness and tjat medical services are determined on basis of vaccine status for Covid 19 even when I have natural immunity due to having had and recovered from the virus. I was very disappointed by this visit and would not go back in future.

Organized, punctual, efficient, knowledgeable, and clean!!

Friendly staff, excellent patient care.

The doctors at this office are all great and the staff are all very nice.

Was greeted the second I walked through the door. As a new patient the front clerk efficiantly took my DL and insurance card. Squirted my hands with hand sanitizer and sent me into the waiting room where I waited 90 seconds for another to show me to my room. A very, kind and competent nurse came in in less than 30 seconds and asked me all the usual questions. Told her I was a bit nervous and she made me feel better. She left me with the gown instructions and she was back with Patrick almost as soon as I had completed the hospital gown transformation. Patrick did a full body scan. Listen to my concerns. I went in for a skin issue that I have been dealing with for over 20 years. I returned to Atlanta West Dermatologists because they were the first one’s to actually clear up the condition. However this resent visit in January was by far the worse. I was seen by Patric and he was rude, inconsiderate and very sarcastic. He prescribed me a treatment that I explained to him I have had had several times before that does not work. When I expressed to him what I know does work because it worked previously he tells me I’ve been doing this for 14 years, ( I’ve had the condition longer than he’s been practicing) but hey I listen to him and tried what he prescribed and guess what........it does not work. His inability to listen to the patient and evaluate based on what he knows and what the patient knows about themselves was very poor. I wasted money on my visit there and the prescription because now I have to go another dermatologist to get it taken care of. I was highly disappointed and felt disregarded. I didn’t get to make an appointment. Being legally blind sucks. Since I couldn’t read my insurance card I would have to call back when someone was around who could. Personally I don’t trust my health care to such an insensitive office.

I have been going here for several years. The past couple of years it has been for the same thing. I have horrible eczema breakouts, especially on vacation. Patrick along with other staff treated me horrible when i specially made several trips the before nit vacation trying to prevent this. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND NO HELP! NEVER AGAIN. I heard so many great things about Dr. Warner but I didn’t see Dr. Warner, I saw Patrick (PA?). His arrogance is overwhelming. He didn’t listen, he told. The staff is great but no more Patrick.

The doctor Catherine warner and nurses are really nice and knowledgeable, it’s the front desk staff that isn’t pleasant. It’s similar to a jail as the entrance where they have to let you in. Upon check out the receptionist, Karin, didn’t even acknowledge us, she was on the phone but obviously on hold or something. It’s like they let anyone who’s walks in work at the front. I just had my first visit with Dr. Catherine Warner. I had a spot on my face and I was very nervous it was skin cancer. She knew immediately what it was and fortunately it wasn't cancer! She froze it along with some other spots. She was very friendly and comforting and everyone I dealt with there was very nice. I was paying out of pocket and I thought the price was very reasonable. Have been a patient for years. Great, personable staff. The facilities are warm and pleasant. Patrick is awesome! He has a great manner, interacts with me as both a patient and a person. Everyone here genuinely cares about your overall well being and take great care to nurture the patient and the person.

Dr. Shah is a phenomenal dermatologist, I highly recommend.

Dr. Shah and Anna were professional, thorough and caring during my routine skin exam. I had met Dr. Shah when she gave a "Walk with a Doc" on the Atlanta Beltline and was impressed with her knowledge and enthusiasm then. So, she was the obvious choice when I decided to get a screening.

They asked a lot of private questions on the phone before even telling me when they had a first available appointment. Quite a turnoff. Went elsewhere! Even asked race and language spoken. Surprised they didn't ask household income. Agree with previous reviewer...seem to be all about the money!!

I have been coming here for over 20 years. I have been treated for multiple Basal Cell and Squamous Cell Cancers. I was also treated for Melanoma and that was over 8 years ago, with no recurrence. The staff is polite, informative and very caring.

Everyone is kind, the dr. And pa are so friendly and helpful. I've had a spot removed, and it has healed perfectly. Minimum pain and swelling. Thanks!!

I was referred by my Kaiser dermatologist to have a skin cancer removed from an area just below my left eye. I was so nervous but the staff was so patient and courteous and caring. I was there for three hours as it took two sessions to get my skin cancer all out. My eye was swollen for several days and the stitches were removed a week later. Within a few weeks the scar is virtually unnoticeable. My friends and even my primary doctor were amazed at how well the area healed. I have been a patient of Dr Warner's for over 10 years. She and her staff have performed a number of procedures on me. I had a skin cancer removed from my cheek about three years ago and it is not noticeable. Most recently, I have had several cosmetic procedures performed, including Botox and Ulthera - and have been very pleased. Dr Warner is professional, courteous, well informed and caring - as is her staff. I could not recommend an office more highly and that is why I drive 30 min to continue

This place is all about the money and less about your health!

My family and I have been going to Dr.Warner since she first opened her practice by Cobb Hospital. Her office has since moved across the street from Cobb Hospital which is so convenient! No paying to park or over crowed parking. We now see Patrick, NP in the office and are extremely please with the care received, not to mention the office staff is helpful and always propmt in returning calls. Brought my daughter in for acne. I was very apprehensive about Accutane but after Dr. Warner counseled with us and put my mind at ease about the possible side effects, we decided to try it. After three months, my daughter's acne is gone and this life changing for her. THANK YOU, DR.WARNER!

I was referred to Dr. Warner for a skin cancer. She removed the skin cancer on my face with the MOHs procedure and you can hardly tell I had surgery. I am very pleased!

The exam was less than five minutes, and as I tried to explain my symptoms and show her areas of concern, she constantly interrupted me and didn't even physically check two areas in which I've had reoccurring rashes. When she walked out, I was completely shocked because I've never had such a bad experience during a doctor's appointment so it wasn't until I was halfway home that I realized she didn't answer most of my questions. Complete waste of time and money.

She is absolutely wonderful! I feel like she listens to my concerns and has always explained my diagnosis/treatment options thoroughly. I've had 2 skin cancers removed over the last 2 years on the face and she is vey cosmetically pleasing. I appreciate how nice the staff is, especially the nurses (generally see 2 different ones at each visit) and the PA is very quick to get in with if needed. The wait to see her seems far out at times, but she's worth seeing. I recommend her to everyone!

I had a basil cell carcinoma removed from my nose several months ago. When the stitches were removed by the PA the wound reopened slightly and nothing was done at that time to prevent additional scarring such as using surgical glue to re-close the wound to minimize scarring. As such, I?m left with a scar on the left side of my nose. Might I suggest that should anybody consider this type of procedure in an area such as one?s face, request a plastic surgeon be present during the procedure.
