Dr. Janet Renae Neff Kail

I called to make appt, receptionist answered with "hello"! I had to ask if I'd actually called a Podiatrist office! The woman was short with me after that. She said she had to look for my referral first so she would call me back. My first impressions r not good. Hopefully the visit goes better.

I was treated by all who worked with Dr Kail with professionalism and patience. Dr Kail helped my condition and I will visit with her again!

I walked into the office and the first words that came out of a staff members mouth was, yeah. I then informed them that I had an appointment. The same staff member provided me with papers to fill out and tried to talk to me as if I was an illiterate person. After several moments of rudeness and seeing how unprofessional the staff persom was, I told her, this isnt going to work and I walked out.
