My 1st and last time here. No wonder so many bad reviews! 1st - NO parking. 15 minutes to find a space. Turns out I needn't have worried about being on time. I waited 1 1/2 hours after my appointment time to be seen. When they weren't checking people in, the waiting room staff complained to each other the whole time (very unprofessional) and some of the patients' behavior made me feel I wasn't in a safe place. When I finally got to see a nurse, he was very nice, but took terrible notes and didn't seem to understand what I was talking about at all. When I was finally seen by Dr. Kaczor, she barely listened to my history and her examination was non-existent except for briefly looking in my ears and telling me to just keep doing what my previous ENT had told me! Under 10 minutes: $300! Her notes sent after the visit are mostly untrue about what she did, with a diagnosis we didn't even discuss! BIG waste of my time. Now, I have to see another ENT! My Dad was a doctor; he would be appalled.

Dr. Kaczor was very friendly and checked both of my ears, my right ear had some wax that had to be removed, after the doctor removed the wax I felt much better and my hearing was so much better.

Our daughter was having difficulty breastfeeding. We saw Dr. Janet Kaczor to determine whether a tongue tie was causing the issue. Dr. Kaczor determined she had no tongue tie. Our daughter was up every 90 minutes for very painful and low-volume breastfeedings. My wife had a terrible postpartum experience largely due to this. At 18 months, we saw Dr. Milton Geivelis who confirmed that our daughter does indeed have a tongue tie. We now have to wait until she is 3 to do a removal procedure because she's too little to do the required aftercare now. Had Dr. Kaczor - a supposed specialist - done her job competently, my wife's and daughter's suffering could have been averted. We're within the statute of limitations and will be pursuing litigation, but would much rather this issue been handled property to begin with. AVOID!!!

She really listened to my issues. After seeing 2 other ENT she was the only one that figured out what was going on!

My left ear was irritated and it bothered me and Dr. Kaczor removed Wax that caused the irritation.

Did not listen to symptoms I was describing correctly. Ordered all these allergy tests when I specifically said I have not had problems with allergies and that was not cause. Left the room saying paperwork and never came back for questions. Wouldn’t you know the allergy bloodwork all came back negative! Unsure of diagnosis still. Complete waste of time and money- now having to go to different doctor. Pay for another office visit and so on.

Dr. Kaczor was very professional and friendly. Had ear fluid buildvup,right awayvshe found to hairs inside ear. Did a great job of getting it out and explaining the problem. Ibdont understand these bad reveiws of being rushed. I was hesitant on going,glad I didn't listen to the neg. reveiws.

Went for a 3 min visit, that's all, no samples, no labs, nothing, the doctor looked inside my nose and told me I need flonase, I called before I went and was told that it will cost $171, and when I went there, before my appointment I asked again, is that all, the lady at the front desk said that all what you owe, this morning I got a bill for another $57, ruined my day, why do you do that?! Dr Kaczor is awesome. She is very cordial but professional and I’ve never felt she was rushing. I moved 5 hours away from her practice but I make the trip to see her.

Horrible Experience. I should’ve went with the reviews before I scheduled. She only talked to me for 5 minutes! Put a flashlight up my nose and told me to open my mouth and said everything looks fine…even after I expressed how concerned I was with my ongoing issue. She prescribed a medication and sped out the room! The nurse came in with paperwork and that was it. The medication was not effective. I found another ent who stated they will use a scope to give me a thorough exam. Such a shame that we have doctors who don’t put time and effort In to see what’s really going on with their patients. Very professional and thorough.

It was very pleasant and helpful.

Extremely disappointed! The appointment was 8AM in the morning, we waked up early, drove all the way to the clinic. Guess what? we waited 30 mins and the Dr still not arrived. Even the staffs in the clinic could not tell when she will show up! I accept that every one could have some emergency, but at least you should let your co-workers know what is happening. Dr. Kaczor and her staff were all polite, kind and knowledgeable. The doctor explained everything to me well and the information she shared with me was very helpful.

She spent less than 10 minutes and gave me prescription without knowing what’s going on, and prescription didn’t work and wasted my 1 week. She might be good for very basic health issues but nothing else.

I called her office with a problem with my ear & was able to get a appointment the very next day. I really appreciate that since my ear was really bothering me. I've seen her before she's such a wonderful doctor & friendly person. Anyone needing a super GOOD ENT see Dr Kaczor.

My ENT in the office was no longer there, so I was referred to Dr Kaczor. I have ongoing medical treatment from an accident, and I felt very rushed through my appt. I was made to feel like I was wasting her time, as she got up & left the office quite abruptly while I was in conversation. I left there feeling very aggravated that I just wasted my time. I wish I had read all the other reviews before agreeing to seeing her, because its very apparent that I am not the only one that felt this way!

Sadly, the worst experience ever. The doctor asked probably a couple of questions about my condition, the same questions as the nurse and then proceeded to give me some blood work about what it could be. Didn’t explain why, how, what have I tried what have I not tried or anything else. Didn’t seem to care at all and probably spent 5 min max with me. When I tried to ask questions about the condition, she told me to just do the blood work and ran away. Seriously? At least she could pretend to care and listen but no. Do not recommend this dr. I was hesitant at first to see her because she had very mixed ratings but I was desperate for relief. Sadly, all the negative ratings about her are accurate. I had a sever ear infection and Dr. Kaczor told me she would prescribe me meds to help with my pain and swelling. That was her only job. She never sent the prescription to my pharmacy nor did she respond to my message on my chart when I reached out to see what was going on. I called the office the next day and another dr prescribed me medication. She never responded to my message to address the situation. Very unprofessional. Please don’t waste your time or money.

Very good experience overall. Everyone I interacted with during the visit was professional and pleasant to talk to. The issue I had was fully resolved within the time frame specified by Dr Kaczor.

Was very disappointed with my experience and felt like I didn’t matter at all. Spent maybe five minutes with the doctor total. She didn’t seem to care about my current issues, past history, or what the other doctors who sent me to her thought. She left mid-conversation to get me a an information sheet and didn’t come back. Instead a nurse brought me the sheet and said I could leave. When I said I wasn’t done talking to the doctor, the nurse then relayed my questions back to the doctor instead of her coming back and finishing the conversation/speaking to me directly. I left with the understanding that they were not prescribing me antibiotics. Later I got a message from my pharmacy that they had sent one in, without bothering to let me know. I was seen promptly, Dr. Kaczor was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable- I received all this great care as an emergency add-on at the end of a shift. Thankful for the exceptional care.

Very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. A very pleasant experience.

Dr. Kaczor unhesitatingly agreed to stay extra to see my husband who had a possible emergency going on in his ear. She speedily knew exactly what to do, performed a procedure and gave a good explanation of what had occurred, sent him home with good instructions, and all was well in two days, as she had told us.

Took me in same day. Staff very helpful. Exam was thorough. Highly recommend.

Very rude. She rushed my initial appointment. She Used tools on me without advising me of what she was doing or why. She then asked in an aggressive tone why I was startled. She did not respond to Mychart messages until over 48 hours after test results posted in MyChart. ***Gave conflicting directions on taking OTC medicine along with what she prescribed. When I questioned this she had someone else respond to me and then deleted all correspondence from MyChart and blocked me from relying. Ultimately, I had to go in to get a second opinion from another ENT in the same office in order to get a diagnosis and explanation of why certain medicine was prescribed and what was going on with me. In the ten minutes that I was there she dismissed my symptoms and I had to ask for follow-up testing. Please do not waste your time with her! The doctor had little patience to hear me out and checked out my nose, ears and mouth with only one quick peek. The total time she spent with me was less than five minutes. I have to find another ENT doctor in other hospitals to get my problems diagnosed and treated.

It was my first time visiting doctor kaczor I have been dealing with a sinus issue I didn't have any clue what was going on with me she was able to narrow it down pacifically I strongly recommend dr. Janet kaczor.

She seemed to be rushed; I was the only patient in the office. Her bedside manners were nonexistent; she was not friendly at all. The procedure was painful without any verbal reassurance as to what was happening. She did not take the time to explain the condition or to prevent it from reoccurring. I do not recommend this doctor for your ear care.

I don’t think I have ever had such an awful experience with a doctor. I went in because for over a year I’ve had a lot of trouble with my hearing. Everyone else was very kind, including the audiologist who did my hearing test. My physical hearing is fine, which I had suspected would be the case since I’m pretty young with no family history of this. The doctor comes in and just tells me my hearing is fine. I mentioned audio processing disorder, to which she responded “well I don’t know what to do with that” and left. No mention of any specialist, no further testing to figure out why I can’t hear, nothing. She was in the room with me for less than two minutes. Would not recommend. Dr Kaczor: she is very compassionate, she makes sure pt is ok she takes the time to listen, I trust my doctor ????

I have a very simple condition and both Dr. Kaczor and I know what it is and what she needs to do but she is always so cheerful and good spirited that it’s a very pleasant 5 minutes. She is great.

She was very quick in determining my hearing difficulties and quickly took care of it. I am very satisfied with her care

I had not been to a doctor in about 20 years, but when my ear pain and ringing had gotten so bad that I could not take it anymore, I made the appointment. The staff at Dr. Kaczor's were wonderful! They were friendly and very professional. Dr. Kaczor is awesome. She quickly diagnosed the problem and within minutes I felt such great relief as the pain and ringing were gone. Dr. Kaczor was very short with my visit. I didn't feel like she was listening or cared what I was in for. I would not recommend her for ENT.

I went in with a hearing issue and Dr. Kaczor solved my problems! I can now hear perfectly after 2weeks of hearing loss! Just the secretaries don't forewarn you like any other professional that if you miss an appointment its a $40 charge each time.

Great doctor, straight to the point. Had a sinus surgery, recovery was quick! Really liked the staff.

What a waste of My Time. I went to see Dr. Kaczor for throat pain near my tonsils. I Explained I had experienced tonsil stones and was hoping She would be able to examine my tonsils and see if there were any stones. She was extremely short with Me and barely looked into My mouth promptly stating she saw nothing. Well, of course she saw nothing....she barely looked. She took no interest in My discomfort Even though the nurse had taken my blood pressure which was at 137 over 101 which is high, Dr. Kaczor did not even address the High BP reading either. Had My first Surgery/Anesthesia experience with this doctor and it went perfectly. She was absolutely phenomenal, She was caring and took her time to explain the entire situation of my nasal issues, how the surgery was going to be and more. Really unprofessional I was told I would not snore again

Disrespectful, dishonest and rude, she is not trustworthy. Unaccountable and incompetent. Accepted on time, the doctor never showed up for the allotted time. Needing appointment rescheduled & a letter stating doctor's unavailability got me a fraudulent letter stating patient's request as a cause. That refuted, they argued truth can not be stated. Eventually, an unsigned letter stating doctor's unavailability, took further insistence to get it signed wasting another 30 min of my time. Disaster!

I wouldn't recommend her to anyone not even a dog i went to her real sick with a problem in my ear she gave me steroid drops and told me to come back three days the condition clteared up a little but was not gone she sent me for a blood test with no instructions on what to do next and then she never conyacted me. Three weeks later i jad to call and get the results the condition came back ten times worse which is what i told her twice i ended up going to a different ear docter i was very upset

I found her to be quite unfriendly. Additionally, while she was cleaning my ear, she moved two close to my ocular nerve. When I indicated she needed to stop, she stomped out of the room.

Incorrect diagnosis as well as billing errors. Insurance covers visit, but was billed anyway and the error was never corrected. My credit has subsequently been dinged. An acquaintance of mine had similar experience with this doctor. Dr. Kaczor does not take time to listen to the issue, and if she does, she seems to be unimpressed and brushes you off.

I have gone with my mom for several appointments and just needed a follow up appointment after going to Immediate Care. I was pleased to get in the same day. Dr. Kaczor is friendly and thorough. She explained what was going on and was able to take care of what she could with an ear infection, but also explained how long it may take to start really feeling (and hearing) better.

My daughter just had her fist appointment with Dr. Kaczor. The doctor was most impressive. She spent all the time necessary with us, explained the upcoming surgery, was caring and kind and personable. She empathized with a great degree of understanding how miserable my daughter must feel not being able to breathe. (This will be her third surgery to remove massive polyps.)
