Dr. Chua listens and addresses what we talk about. She does not rush things and I feel cared about. Her staff is also friendly and caring.

First time seeing Dr Chua. I feel like she took the time to listen to all the questions I had and offered options that I didn’t even know were available to me. Very pleased with my first visit.

I wanted a female primary that's why I chose her. Too bad. Though she is soft-spoken and motherly, I felt that whenever I see her she's always in a hurry (doesn't 'engage' in conversation/not a good listener). In other words, I was not getting the attention that I hoped for in a primary physician. She didn't even ask me at least once during my multiple visits to her clinic if I have other concerns aside from the main reason I was there. It would be great to be asked, "do you have other concerns?" before a doctor says 'bye or walks out the door. Also, very long wait times (didn't happen only a few times but all the time).

The worst 2 hours late getting into see the Dr. Twice did not get prescription right. Better off going to the veterinarian. Absolutely the most discombobulated Office ever. Stay away from her

She used to be a good doctor then she turned into a numbers and dollars doctor. Good luck trying to see her in under a month. If you don’t go to her for a while she makes you “reapply” to be her patient. Rather be seen by a doctor who actually cares about medicine

I am very happy with Dr. Chua. She is always cheerful and conscientious in meeting my needs.

She was told at 9 a.m. that she just needed to sign off for me to leave the hospital she showed up 7 hrs. later was in my room 2 min. barely spoke to me. Sent me home with instructions to be on a clear liquid diet which was incorrect I had been moved up to a low fiber diet 2 days prior. Then sent an incorrect prescription to my pharmacy. Wish I could give zero stars. Just glad she's not my regular doctor! Dr. Chua is a wonderful Dr ! She is patient,kind and definitely listens. I have been with her for several years and finely found a Dr. That cares! You do have to wait awhile in the office, I bring a good magazine or book . I feel its worth every second!!!

If you want a provider who talks at you instead of with you. Who has long wait times and office visits take at least an hour or more. Offers no real solutions. Has no problem calling others obese. And sends you to the walk in instead of trying to see you..... Then Janet Chua is definitely right for you. Plan on being insulted, frustrated, and over charged. If you like doctors that don't help.... This is the one for you.

Dr Chua is a great doctor. Been going to her for several years. She is very caring and spends time with her patients. She might run late at times, but to me it is worth is so she can spend the necessary time with her patients and to address any and all concerns you have. Most doctors rush through an appointment not treating you as a person. I haven't seen a doctor this caring in many many years.

I think once you actually get to physically see her at an appointment she is thorough. My experience however has been less than steller April was my ist appoint after waiting 4months for my physical she was an hour late and I was told by her nurse, that this is just a new and great. I left needed to get back to work. Called to set up another appointment for my physical, next available appointment was Sept. I was pissed but made the appointment. It got cancelled and pushed to Nov 16th Cancelled.

I wouldn't recommend her for a doctor to a family pet. Dr. Chua overlooked a diagnosis of a simple UTI and I became septic. I was flight for life to Froedert for life saving measures! Prior, I had seen her 9 times In two months for symptoms, and Dr. Chua did NOTHING. Overall attitude is poor, doesnt answer your questions, or pushes you for another appointment. Thank God, I survived as I am very young but in the hospital 8 months. Find someone better, especially if you want to live.

Dr. Chua listens carefully and respects the patient's wishes. I love that she respects my desire to proceed down the most natural path possible. She is warm and kind as well, always a bonus. After being under her care, I transferred both of my college-aged daughters to her practice.

Dr. Chua gives plenty of time for a physical. She is respectful and patient. She's thorough and concerned about your well being. I'm very satisfied with her care.
