Awesome experience! Very caring, gentle and informative!

She LISTENS! I can't remember the last time a Healthcare professional actually valued my input. You can tell a lot about a Doctor by the staff, and they don't get any more professional or caring. I'm smiling as I write this but it's a little lopsided from being numb. I'm going to smile all the way back to Illinois.

Very professional and knowledgeable staff. They go out of thier way to not only explain curiosities but what they are doing. My mom had a root canal done there and we had a very positive experience. Can't recommend them highly enough.

The Dr. is very good. Pain was terrible. My dentist sends all root canals to this office. Now I understand why. Everyone and everything was patient oriented, professional and focused on results. Explained everything. Eased my fears and fixed my tooth. Pain free.

You were all just so wonderful! I’d been in pain for so long from needing a root canal that I forgot how it felt to not be having tooth pain! When it finally became unbearable I found you online at healthgrades and so glad I did! You got me in right away! The dr is so skilled and caring and her assistant was too! She gave me headphones, which played music, to block noise of drill and eye protection glasses! I was treated very well from the moment I walked into the building! Thank you all!!

Highly recommend Dr. Chiappinelli and staff. Did a wonderful job and took good care of me and my tooth.

I was greeted with a friendly and caring staff. Dr. Chiappinelli and her staff answered all my questions and quickly put me at ease. The procedure was pain-free and a positive experience. I would highly recommend Dr. Chiappinelli if you ever need a root canal!

Had To have a route canal , was Referred to Dr Chiappinelli, Two appointments to take care of the tooth in question, Was as professional of a Dentist office as Ive ever seen, was treated remarkably well by everyone, explained every facet of the procedure by Dr Chiappinelli, as warm of felling of a Drs Visit as I have had in some time, Truly a exceptional expereance! I had to have an emergency root canal. Her office was able to get me in the same day. I needed to go back a second time to finish. I was treated very kindly from the moment I walked into the door. I had never had anything done like this before. They explained the procedure to me and made me feel very comfortable at both visits.

I recommend Dr. Chiappinelli to anyone and everyone. She goes outof her way to make you feel comfortable. Great staff too. Excellent experience!

For a root canal this wasn't so bad. The staff and Dr. Chiappinelli were both patient and kind. I drove all the way from Dubuque, and I'm glad I did. Thanks!
