Dr. Janardhan Rao Grandhe

I've been a patient for 2 years now. When I first saw Dr Grandhe, I couldn't sleep more than about 45 minutes at one time without waking up from pain. Now I sleep uninterrupted from 2 to 6 hours at a time. Just being able to sleep well has made a huge impact on my life.

For years and years I have struggled with pain, Dr Grandhe has taken my pain level from 10 to 2. I highly recommend Dr. Grandhe .

Dr. Grandhe and his staff always find a way to take care of me. I’ve been a patient now for nearly 5 years and he has accomplished more than I expected. Truly amazing! I look forward to seeing him and his staff at each visit-they remember personal experiences and treat you with kindness and respect.

Dr. Grandhe and his team at Central Valley Pain Management in Tulare, Ca. are an awesome group of people who are always ready to go the extra mile to make sure their patients have a good stress free experience while being treated at their facilities. The Dr. knows and remembers that I have an anxiety problems and I can be easily agitated or upset therefore all of the staff there especially Dr. Grandhe will take whatever steps needed to keep me calm and comfortable and always directing important questions to my wife/caregiver so I can just concentrate on being relaxed while there in the office in Tulare, Ca.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Grandhe since 2017. I cannot stress enough how Great a Doctor he is. I’ve had several pain management providers for 20 years and he ranks number 1 on my list. I highly recommend him. And he has great staff. The ladies at the front desk have always been kind and polite.

strongly recommend Central Valley Pain Management if you are experiencing chronic pain. I have endured 13 surgeries and if it was for Dr. Grandhe and his staff I wouldn't have the fulfilling life I do now! This office is runned like a fine oiled machine. Dr. Grandhe is a top notched doctor.

I just saw Dr. Grandhe. He is the first doctor who I saw in years who has given me hope that there might be a resolution or good treatment for my back pain that doesn't involve taking medications with horrible side effects. Always listens to me and answers my questions. Job well done!

Have known Dr. Grandhe since 2016 - he is the most kind, compassionate, and listens to his patients. He gave me epidural injections and I have been visiting him for many years. Saved my life!

I have a lifelong hatred of needles, and his needle work is amazing-- almost close to painless! I sometimes can't tell if he put the needle in (other than having less pain afterwards). He kept my spine with low pain for several years, but ordered an MRI and realized I needed surgery. I had a spinal fusion and my back has been holding up pretty well since. I also had a fall and hurt my right hip causing so much pain that I was screaming. The first injection in the hip made my pain go away almost immediately. And after a series of injections, my pain is now 20% of what it was. I can't recommend Dr. Grandhe and his office highly enough, and his staff is very nice as well!

Dr. Grandhe was friendly and made sure to be thorough when treating me. I started with intense neck and back pain but with help from pain management treatment, it went away!

I had a high level of pain in my low back. The pain put me in a deep depression. I had a ketamine infusion and it helped with the depression, as well as lowering my pain level. I like to thank Dr. Grandhe and his staff for taking good care of me. My depression is gone. I've also had trigger points, epidurals, radio frequency, the works Dr. Grandhe is the only one for me.

Dr. Grandhe did a fantastic job on my low back pain I had lumbar RFA done and it was excellent. I would give him more than 10 stars. In my opinion, he is a fantastic doctor.

I have many doctors and Dr. Grandhe is by far my favorite. I know that he truly cares about my pain and helping me try to get rid of it. I wouldn't bother going to any other pain management specialist. He is far better then any others in town.

Dr. Grande he has helped me with my back pain & fibromyalgia for 15 years. He has truly been my savior more times than I can count. Recently he introduced me to Ketamine Infusion. This has changed my life. It has given me quality of life! He is very personable and I highly recommend him to anyone that seeks pain relief.

I have suffered from back pain & neck pain for over 50 years, due to a fall in 1966, although I have had many different treatments they didn't always work. I started to see Dr. Grandhe in 2010 when moved to Bakersfield, CA. He treats you with kindness and respect. He listens and helps you understand your own concern with the pain you have. I would recommend him to anyone who is in pain, he has helped me. He does not rush you in and out. He is special and his staff is helpful and considerate.

Doc. Grandhe has been helping the pain in my back for some time an he has always help my pain.I'm 79 an have a bad lower back. Have to many to health problems to have sur. His work keeps me going. He is agreatDoc

Dr. Grandhe has been able to make my life pain free. He has also performed PMR on my foot ligament and I am now able to run and stand on my tip toes. I highly recommend going for evaluation.

I have been a patient of Dr. Grandhes since 2007 He is professional, compassionate, and always has time to talk about my treatment and care. His staff is always informed and highly skilled. Randy is the all around office expert and Diana is the painless princess like her name sake. I always leave feeling like I was taken care of by family. I can't leave out Dr Diya who is so professional and personable, they are all amazing! Highly recommended.

Fabulous care and results. I did not expect to find a Doctor like Dr. Grandhe. He has helped me through a period of back pain - and I am now relieved from most of it. I am not always walking with the aid of a cane and am sleeping much better. I can leave the house without worrying I will not make it through the evening. The office is filled with wonderful staff.

I have visited dozens of pain management doctors and too many physicians and specialists to count. I honestly feel that Dr.Grandhe is better at his job than any Dr. That has previously seen me as a patient.

Doctor Grandhe lied to me and told me to get certain paperwork for him which I did and then you told me he wouldn't do what he had told me he would do and I was so upset and crying because it took me 6 months to get what he asked me for and then he admitted that he doesn't remember what he told me. No doctor should be lying to their patients and he should be ashamed of himself for what he did.If he didn't have any other means to help me then he should have told me so that I could find another Dr
