Overall experience is definitely an F, but that's more administrative than care. 2 months from my actual referral, I finally get to my appointment date. Scheduling was not very pleasant, promised call backs never took place and I had to call in to schedule at least 3 times. Once I finally get scheduled I head to my 11a appt. Arrive at 1030a and fill out my new patient paperwork, which was NOT mailed to me prior. Get checked in by 1040a, and the waiting begins. I sit in the lobby for over an hour, then get called back to sit in the exam room for another 25-30 mins. Dr Clapp comes in, and this is when it finally takes a turn for the better. I really appreciate Dr. Clapp's demeanor and how she explained everything to me. No problem at all with Dr or the nurse, just the process.

My wife has been coming to dr Clapp for a couple years . Everytime we've been here we've waited in waiting room aleast 45 min to an hour. Dr Clapp would you like to pay us for our time. We will see another dr. You dont care about our time we dont care about yours

Dr clapp before she moved she was in Norman wonderful kind caring remarkable Lady she found a way for me to take treatment saved me & I Thank you Dr Clapp &GOD BLESS YOU MAY YOU HAVE A MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR

Dr. Clapp is personable, professional, and knowledgeable. She listens and cares. I am so thankful to have her and her team taking care of me. They go above and beyond to meet my needs even if this means missing lunch to accommodate my schedule. I think God for placing me in her loving care. It makes this journey much easier.

She didn't even know my name at the appointment and didn't suggest any solid treatment plan. I would definitely recommend Dr. Clapp. I have never had any long wait times to be seen, she is extremely compassionate and knowledgable. I use the INTEGRIS app to ask questions between appointments and the response time is very fast. No complaints at all.

My treatment was based on not only what she recommended, but with my wishes included. I’m so happy I met her and that she’s in charge of my treatment. This is one doctor you must meet and hopefully have her manage your care!

Habitually late for appointments. I had to wait 1-2 hours past my appointment time. She would never answer questions over the phone. She always made you come in to see her even if it was the simplist question. Overall she wasted my time and money.

Her lack of compassion is like something I hope I never have to see again.When my father had cancer she was lead Dr on his case. Not only would she not see him, answer our questions, get him in for another appointment a month+ before he died, she did not come see him when he was admitted to the hospital and had Dr Durica see him instead. I'm a PA-C and would never treat any of my patients or their families like she did. I would be ashamed if anyone in my practice acted in this manner. Shameful..

Feel very blessed that her heart and knowledge were on my side. Dr Clapp and her staff (especially Lori) were "heaven sent". ??????
