Dr. Friberg is the kindest, most caring doctor I’ve ever had. I am now almost 12 weeks pregnant, thanks to his help. I was nervous going into this process, but he explained everything in detail, so I always felt informed about my care and why things were done. From the beginning, from my millions of questions or relaying test results, he’s been there to answer. If you’re looking for a fertility doctor that’s highly experienced and super kind, definitely see him. You won’t feel like just another patient or billable hour. He seems to love what he does, which is comforting going through a personal process like IVF. Though I’ve moved further away, I will return for my next IVF cycle. Thank you to Dr.Friberg and his team for helping me start my family ??

From the staff to the care and the billing I have to say it is a load of incompetence. The "manager" Mellisa Patnaude who is not only unprofessional but also makes false claims about her qualification saying she is an RN when after searching her credential it came up to be a false statement (she was performing responsibilities that are within an RNs scope of practice only). I keep getting bills after a year of already paid statements and after multiple calls to the billing department the problem is still the same. As for the doctor, I had to closely watch him and make sure that everything he uses is sterile. he performed ultrasounds and they were incredibly painful and inaccurate. He charges more than he should and it's all about money with that office.

I worked with this doctor for a year. Terrible experience. Used up a number of my IVF cycles because of the high quality of insurance. Was reluctant to order tests at crucial points which would have improved chances of conception and implantation. Said to me on one occasion that he wishes I had more IVF tries. Claimed I had a fibroid when I didn't. Terrible. It should b criminal to charge as much as they and prescribe drugs as he did with very little evidence of success. He's retired. Thank god.
