Tragic! Many years ago he took most of my turbinates. Years later I wound up with ENS. It left me a shell of a man. My wife has half a husband and my sons half a father. The surgeries are in my top five biggest regrets in my life.
Follow up care very poor.... billing department is terrible.... over billed me for several months. You get the feeling that this is more like a situation drivin by maximum profits and not patient care.
I have been waiting since Jan to see this doctor as they are pretty booked up. I called daily to try and get in on a cancelled opening. My appt was May 16th. I called and the front desk girl said, "i can get you in on May 24th" to which i replied, "do you hear what you're saying? I have an appt on the 16th that i need to get in earlier for and you are telling me a week later?" Apparently she didn't like that and changed my appt anyway. Very unprofessional. So patients beware. Due to Obstructive sleep apnea had UPPP surgery from Dr. Yohanan and results have been amazing...can finally get sleep -- literally night and day difference.
